We had been having a problem with spiders. Colin showed up on time and took care of the problem! He was reasonably priced and very friendly.

Showed up on time and took care of our black widow spider problem. We signed up for the every other month spraying! The price is very reasonable (much cheaper than some of the other companies I’ve used in the past) and I feel the service I’m getting is superior than those other companies so it’s a win win! Colin responded promptly when I left a message to schedule the initial appointment. I highly recommend Gunn Pest Control!

I’ve used other larger name companies in the past and dreaded when the service technician would come out due to the fact that I always felt as though they were trying to sell me something else and make more money somehow. Colin, however, truly changed my opinion on how a pest control company should be ran. No pressure, stress free, and quality service.

I had my initial pest service with Gunn Pest Control today. I have always had problems with all sorts of bugs but mostly ants and rats /​mice because my house is adjacent to a canyon. Colin, the owner, took time to listen to my concerns; he explained his philosophy /​services and what I could expect from his company going forward. Since I have a dog, I’m always concerned about what chemicals and bait are used in my yard. Colin explained he chooses certain products especially for my type of situation… I was glad to hear that!
The initial service was thorough so goodbye pests :)

I almost forgot to mention my service agreement allows for free trouble calls between my quarterly services and I also got a better rate than I was paying my previous pest control company.

There is no person or company better. Here’s a pest control person that cares about his customers. will go out of his way to make sure you are happy and have no more bugs. In ha e been dealing with the owner of the company for years and I know first hand he wants you to be pest free!!! Great guy and company!!!

Recently had problems with carpet beetles. Mr. Gunn got right to the root of the problem.
Having pets inside the house was a huge concern, so I was considering an organic type approach. Mr. Gunn explained that he could offer an effective solution that was organic and one that I did not have to worry about the exposure to my pets.
He covered both upstairs and downstairs and the outside parameter of the house. The spray was a pleasant smell that within a day had dissipated. The treatment was effective, Mr. Gunn was professional, on time to the appointment, priced very reasonable and competitive, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
