Mitchell Property Management at Glenn Mitchell Realtors has managed my property for over 15 years with the most professional care and skills for keeping my home rented with very little vacancy. I have another rental property not in Mitchell Management’s service area, and the management company in that location does not provide the same services I’ve come to rely on from Mitchell Management, such as full financials and annual tax forms, property inspections, and overseeing contractors, etc. Jennifer does a thorough check when accepting renal applications. We experienced only one renter in 15 years who did damage to the home. Jennifer and her staff acted promptly to litigate further damage in a professional and responsible manner. I highly recommend Mitchell Property Management. I wish I had a management company with the same capabilities and knowledge in the location of my other property. The Mitchell staff inform me immediately of any issues, hire only licensed qualified contractors, and make sure the home is always in top shape for the renters ensuring their safety and high standard of livability in our rental. Very Very Unprofessional. Not only was I Harassed by Jennifer and Stephanie for 16 months, So were my neighbors. What Mitchel Realty does is rent to people then harass people till they move out. Then Mitchel keeps there deposit. or In the end of a Lease they claim there are all kinds of repairs and you end up owing about $ 200.00 plus your deposit. Property Located at 1531 Luke Ln. is being rented as a 3 bedroom. The unit has a back Bedroom that has no Windows. In a fire you have no way out. It should be illegal for them to rent the unit as is. Instead they rent it time and time a gain. What happens if there is a Fire and Someone Dies? Do they care about the people they rent 2? repairs are done by a unlicensed Contractor. It is Stephanie Wilson Husband. yet, there is no regards to California laws about hiring unlicensed Contractors. All Mitchel is about is having Roy Wilson keep a job. California Law says an unlicensed Contractor can only do $ 600.00 in labor and material repairs. I have seen bills for almost $ 4,000.00. I had to Sue Mitchel and Judge ruled I didn’t owe a penny.
