Liz(store manager) made up for a past negative experience. Because of her I will be returning to this location. Most of there employees are very eager to help, explain promotions, give you the inside on the best games.

If you want the shittest customer service experience please feel free to come to this branch. I personally don’t play video games anymore so I don’t really have much interested in a store like this but I was with my cousin and he was trying to trade his games in. Now let me get to the review. Upon arriving to the store, I instantly felt shitty customer service. Like honestly who hired these dumb bitches. Two idiotic girls were behind the counter, one who was supposed to be a «supervisor» but didn’t know shit about products or customer service. My cousin told one of the idiots what he wanted to do and she told us to wait, she began helping other people even though we were there long before these others. She told us the trading game process takes a while so she was going to help the others in line and help bring the line down. Keep in mind this was all while the other dumb bitch was talking on the phone, not helping the line. After about 10 minutes of this bullshit, I spoke and said«excuse me, we have been waiting her for over 10 minutes, do you plan to help us today? You know we have been here longer than everyone else you have helped.» The piece of human garbage didn’t even acknowledge us. She finally comes up to us after she finishes her last customer in line and she gives a half ass«sorry» when other customer walks up, she tells us to hold on ONCEAGAIN and realizes that that customer too wanted to trade games. She finally gives us the right of way, pretty much meaning she was going to help another customer if they were checking out, even though we were there for maybe 15 – 20 minutes now. While she was«helping us» she answered the phone FIVETIMES and took care of them before us! Like bitch, who taught you customer service? Why would you help someone OVERTHEPHONE when you have a customer INFUCKINGLINE, giving you games and money? Whoever hired these idiots are the biggest sacks of shit, it’s no surprise this place is rated as bad as it is. After offering my cousin nearly chump change for his games, I about had it and went off on her. GameStop doesn’t buy games that have the tiniest scuffs but just happen to sell games with major scruffs. Bitch tells us «maybe you can try another store as they are not as picky.» Okay bitch thanks for nothing. Reporting her and the store itself to corporate was the best thing I ever did! I wish I could give this store a ZERO because they are THATBAD.

My sons and I have had nothing but great experiences here. Today was no exception. Great customer service, always. The last time I was here I told my son that GameStop is about the only store we go to where we consistently get treated better than we would expect. They do a really great job.

I went with my son to buy a game called Destiny, we purched the game & clerk name Cameron kept going on & on about how good to buy the expansion pas for $ 35.99 with tax will be $ 40.00& if he buy it will be cheaper will have all the tools you need & its cool, the other clrek was helping him & reminding him to tell us about the good tools this pass has. I bought the pass we paid $ 104.79. After mu son tried the game he didn’t like it we went back to exchange it since it’s used they do that. It was anothr clerk with same one who was helping Cameron reminding him about the good tools. so I asked how about the pass he said ohhhhh sorry you can’t return this one I said how come you didn’t say anything when we bought the game he the other big guy with beard jumped & said ohhh it’s on the screen when you sign WTF realy who reads this when you sign for you depit to pay. I told him you guys should of mintioned that whil you were going on & on about tools. I thought they tricked us to buy the expansion pass by doing that for that reason will never go back this shity service.

This Gamestop is very well organized. The staff seems friendly and I have had no problems with them so far. They do have a LARGE assortment of used games. Anyway just a normal Gamestop nothing special.

BEWAREOFMANDO!!! I go into this GameStop to trade some games and I am helped by a rude unethical employee that calls himself MANDO. I had 5 games to trade and he tells me I get $ 42 store credit. I ask for a breakdown of each game and he starts to give me attitude. He quickly blurts out the numbers and I realize it adds up to over $ 50. MANDO and I are arguing as the GameStop phone rings and his coworker answers«Thanks for calling GameStop where if you trade more than 3 games in you qualify for an additional 10 – 30 dollars. I go wait a minute, I am not getting any extra money. Mando says yes you got 20 dollars. Finally Mando admits he charged me 5 dollars per game for scratches(there were no scratches). I say Wow man that is a little harsh. I have never been charged any fees for scratches at GameStop and I have been going for 10 years. He says if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else. He insists all Game stops will charge me same fees. I ask for my games back and leave. I go to GameStop on Broadway and Magnolia to trade my games in. They give me 56 dollars for my games plus the additional 20 dollars from their promotion. Overall, I got $ 36 more dollars from not dealing with MANDO the Con Artist. I will not be going back to this GameStop because of Mando. He should not be working in any kind of customer service position.

Rancho San Diego has a GameStop! I was very happy to learn a new Game Stop was opening down the street from me here in Rancho San Diego.( This location is in the Albertson’s shopping center across from Discount Tires. On my first visit I was very happy to learn that they were able to merge over a pre order I had of the new Assassin’s Creed from another Game stop store at a mall I did not want to go to. The employees at this location were very patient and were able to make things happen by calling the other store for me. They also gave me some helpful tips on how to spend my earned point attached to my Edge Card. I previously had no idea how to use them. The store is well stocked and organized.( ) I will certainly be doing my regular game shopping at this location. Great selection and service! Welcome to the neighborhood!
