Elegant Formal

Every time I’ve gone here to get something dry cleaned, I’ve been treated poorly. I try to provide other costumes space and privacy while they are discussing, whatever, so I hand back but still there, with my garments. Then someone else will come in, who happens to be of middle eastern descent, and the matron, ignores me, and takes this other person before me. This has happened 3 times.
Then I took a wool blanket in, and although it came back clean, I was told to not let my pets use it, and I should invest in crappy throw away blankets from WalMart. So you don’t want my business, when I clean my wool blankets every year before storing them? Got it. You don’t want to give good customer service to people who aren’t the same colour as you. Fine.
Rude. If you are not brown and don’t speak one of those Arabic languages, this place will not treat you very well. the stuff came back clean, and the price was average.
So there is nothing to make me go back here. They are racist.

My son & I went to rent a Tuxedo for his Prom ⁶⁄₆. Measurements were taken… We were told to come back Fridady. Call at 12:30 to see if it was ready. Left 3 messages asking to please call me back. Nothing. We arrived at 3:30, the Tux wasn’t ready, the pants were very short, they measurements started again, rushing around to fit my 6.2 son. We had to wait in their very HOT store (no AC)
The man was very rude. The woman never apologize for not having the Tux ready.

This the worst place I’ve ever been too. I dropped off 8 pieces on a Friday and asked for pick up on Saturday. They said they could not do it that quickly and that it would be ready Monday after 5pm. I went there Monday at 6:30 and it was not ready. They said that the delivery guy hadn’t dropped it off yet. The lady said she would give me a discount because it wasn’t ready and that it would be ready on Tuesday after after 6. I went after 6 on Tuesday and it still wasn’t «delivered» yet. I waiting 15 minutes for it to come and the lady wouldn’t give me a discount! I paid my bill in full and left. I called later to speak with manager and I was told I toils get a $ 5 discount and I could pick it up tomorrow! $ 5 off a $ 32 drycleaning bill which is already over priced! Worst place and worst customer service! I will never use this place again

Clean down the street. After I tried elegant formals dry clean service I will never go anywhere else. The pressing if the dress shirts are phenomenal. In glad I found them. They also have the most beautiful gowns.
