I am a local Realtor and I have been utilizing Eaton Escrow for all my escrow needs for the last two years. I can’t say enough about how great their customer service is! They are extremely thorough, proactive, and professional! They are a great asset to my company and I highly recommend Eaton Escrow to all Realtor Associates.

I haven’t experienced poor customer service in some time so it was quite a shock. I found myself feeling so frustrated talking to them and I could not put my finger on it until I realized, «Oh this is just bad customer service!» I get it now. Took me a minute to catch on guys. I understand you have many escrows going on at once but it’s a personal and special experience for many people going through it and we’d appreciate better service if you could swing it.
t was made clear to me several times that «we close at 5pm» these guys will not go the extra mile to get your escrow done and when you think they are helping you out by sending someone to your house at night to get the documents executed it turns out they just wanted a way to charge you a few hundred extra dollars. They don’t tell you that until you are all done and signing documents. They also got into some kind of fight with my finance guy and included me on all the emails while also taking time to tell me how everything was his fault when we met in person to sign documents. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Everyone should know that you can pick your escrow company or at least have a say and when you do you’d be better served going elsewhere. Maybe feedback like this will help them get better.

Originally I was not pleased with Eaton Escrow. Our escrow had changed agents two times prior to being assigned to Estella Ortiz. She came in the last week of what had been a difficult transaction and worked hard to get the escrow on track. She answered the many emails from all parties involved and was always pleasant. I recommend Estella highly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Thanks again Estella for going above and beyond!
