Dave Grundstrom – State Farm Insurance Agent

Hands down this is the best service I have ever received from the much dreaded insurance world. Dave and his friendly team have patiently and enthusiastically helped me with any questions and concerns I have. I would highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone with any range of policy needs.

This is literally the worst office I have ever dealt with. Since getting switched to there office because my last one closed, my rate has significantly gone up. I purchased a different vehicle, they raised my rate $ 30 more and then because I switched my car there trying to charge me $ 35 additional for doing so. I’ve had 4 other vehicles with state farm in the past, I have never once been charged additional money for switching my vehicle no matter the date. When I call in, I get no answer. I spoke with Stacy today and I’m not sure what she is even doing there because every single time I ask her a question, she can’t answer it. She says she doesn’t know «there’s no notes in the system» so you guys obviously aren’t notating the accounts, there is poor communication. And so far everything has been more and more expensive since coming to this office. Its making me question state farm as a business, there ethics and also the people they are hiring. So extremely frustrated with it all. It appears I’m going to have to find a different office so I can work with people who can actually answer the questions I ask. When I stated to her that its ridiculous that its more money her reply was «well I mean it happens, its happened to me before you just have to deal with it «uhm are you kidding me? That’s not a proper reply. Very poor customer service. So fed up. & well be going to a new office.

Dave and his team are the best in the business and have helped me with all of my insurance needs and even some car financing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is pure class and delivers much more than promised. If there were 6 stars… he’d get them.
