Class A Trophies

This place is awesome! I called them on a Friday. I saw they were closed on the weekend, and I needed something engraved for Saturday. I called twice before going in. First I talked to a young lady who answered all my questions. I called back when I had another question and talked to her brother, Brenton, who does the engraving. He asked me to bring the item in so he could determine if he would be able to do it on my timeline. I went in shortly thereafter, and he took his time going over what I wanted and showing me how it would like and what could happen. They charged me just a small rush fee, and I got an email within 3 hours letting me know it was done. It was beautiful! He did an amazing job, and even with the rush fee it was less than it would have cost at Things Remembered. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a top notch engraver with great customer service. They were both amazing.

The work they do here is of good quality. However, I took an award to them that was made at another shop with the hopes of getting it replicated. They took the award and said they would look into it. I followed up with them a few times and they told me they were still trying to figure out if they could do it. I finally decided to return to pick up the award I had left and they said they never had it. Having no paperwork to prove that I gave it to them (partially my fault), there was nothing I could do. I would like to think that this is a one-​time occurrence, but maybe its indicative of a bigger problem… I don’t know.
Since that incident, I’ve found a great shop thats not far away called Awards By Navajo on Fletcher Parkway. Its made my need for Class A obsolete.

Highly recommend Class A. I was in a jam and they really came through for me. I need a last second plaque made last Friday. Barbie and her team were able to knock it out within a couple hours. They saved my butt. The quality was top notch! Thanks again!!!

I recommend coming to the establishment. The workman ship of the product I ordered was great, the costumer service was fantastic and very helpful with ideas. If you are looking for «class A» products, then this is definitely the place to go. I’ll surely be coming back to this place again!!! :)

Ok so I ordered some trophies from this place and don’t get me wrong-​they were nice. Workmanship was good. But I ordered trophies that were suppossed to be 28 inches tall and I when they were picked up I had trophies that were 16 inches tall. I was really dissappointed. They just are not very organized.
