I have purchased from used lots before to only find that they haggle, BS and are always rude to you. We walked onto this lot expecting the same thing, but I was completely wrong. These guys were so friendly, attentive and straight up! They have great cars in great condition, completely honest and DO NOT haggle with you at all! We bought an 04 Toyota 4Runner Jan 2016 and could not be happier with our purchase, the price and the attentiveness of the team! Even after the deal was locked down (no backing out) they were still completely helpful and followed up with any needs or calls we made. I would by here with NO hesitation again! I am a UGE Toyota fan and highly recommend these guys! Waseem, you’re a great guy! thank you for giving me the best car buying experience yet!

Yup! Highly recommend buying your car here! I had originally decided to buy the a Volkswagen TDI, prior to the whole scandal. After looking at a few places i decided to check this one out. I was a bit suspicious just like anyone might be, checking out a car at a used dealership underneath a freeway in El Cajon! They didn’t mess around, they let me take the car out and drive it for what seemed like an hour. After i had it inspected, and negotiated a price it was mine. So this is where the panic began to trickle in, the preliminary period after purchasing a used car and wondering if it would break down. About 150 miles into the ownership, the O2 sensor went out on me. Without skipping a beat i called these guys up, and they had me in their shop the next day. Of course, they didn’t fix it right away since it took trial and error to see what the actual issue was. However once they figured it out, they covered all the costs! Haven’t had an issue with the car since. You know, besides the whole VW scandal that is.

I’ve bought a few cars now and just recently traded in my 2013 Mazda 3 for an always wanted older Toyota Tacoma now that I work remote and don’t have to commute to work any longer. The fellas at Auto Proz were seriously the nicest guys and most direct guys I’ve worked with in a long time. No BS, shot me straight and were very reasonable in their negotiations and accommodations. Truck was in immaculate condition and even referred me to friends of theirs for after market stuff I was interested in adding to the truck.

All I can say is WOW! My wife and I bought 2 cars from Waseem about 2 mos apart (Acura SUV and a Tacoma) and I can honestly say that it was a very enjoyable experience. The cars on this lot are clean and well taken care of.
First of all, Waseem and his team is very honest, super nice, knowledgeable and was very helpful from the moment we stepped foot on the car lot and we were never pressured or rushed into anything.
I felt very comfortable with these guys just like they were family, something you don’t get at most dealerships around town.
Once we decided on the car or cars I should say, they went into action working out the best deals on financing for us and then before you know it we were signing paperwork and a super happy customer. I have received calls from Waseem a couple times since May just checking on how our 2 cars are doing! BTW the cars are still doing awesome!
I definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a really nice used car, you’ll be glad you got it from the one and only AUTOPROZ!!!

Auto Proz was easy to work with! I was car shopping for my brother-​in-​law who is the Marines and asked me to assist him. I sent an e-​mail to Auto Proz and Franco contacted me. After a couple of e-​mails back and forth (as well as additional photos) we were able to put a deal together. The only thing left was to drive from LA to SD to test drive the car. Everything went smooth and since the deal was already in place it only took about 25mins to get all paper work signed. Thanks Franco for being very honest and for helping out my bother-​in-​law. These guys were great.
Their inventory of vehicles were beautiful with appropriate pricing.
Waseem was extremely helpful and wonderful. Being a first time buyer, I walked in pretty uncertain, but Waseem walked me through every bit with loads of understanding and generosity.
I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for any nice used car.

So I went there today to drive an 07 WRX STI — the car was in amazing shape and they showed me all the maintenance records– very detailed. I can recommend this dealership — very casual and not pushy and they provide all the information you need about the car. I am still debating the vehicle — because it’s a large purchase — and the car was black — I hate black cars — but this one was in such amazing condition. Great dealership though.

Shout out to these guys for doing what it took to get the car I wanted.
I got a good price on my car which was (and is) in mint condition despite being used. They worked hard and jumped through hoops to get me the keys the same day.
I was a little skeptical of going to a smaller dealership and thought what I saw online was a little too good to be true. But they are stand-​up guys and hooked me up with a fair deal.
They only deal with pretty nice rides, but if they have something you really like, give these guys a call.

I would gladly give this place 100 stars!
My story: purchased a 2007 MW X3 from Auto Proz. I was nervous because this is a small dealer and I usually purchase from large, name brand, dealers. Not only was every single member of the staff amazingly nice, but I got a great deal on the car.
Upon taking the vehicle home, I discovered that the car did not have the Premium Package as advertised. I should have checked first, but I’m a new BMW owner and had no idea until further research what the Premium Package was to include. In all honesty, the only feature I cared about was the Bluetooth. I got in contact with Auto Proz to let them know that the advertisement was false and that the car didn’t have the package. I was AMAZED to find that they went over the top to fix the problem… they explained they had hired a new marketing person who erroneously listed the package in the ad. Not only did they purchase an aftermarket bluetooth and installed it, they also removed tint from the front window that I planned on getting removed myself (I never asked them to remove it, mind you, they just offered)!
They don’t sell crap cars and if there is an issue they will fix it. I took my car to my mechanic shortly after I bought it and they said all looked great.
They offered in house financing and gave me a great deal on my trade in; they even bought lunch for my daughter while we were there just because it happened to be lunch time and they were grabbing some for themselves anyway.
Their communication and service was spot on — and I’m a customer service snot — I just cannot say enough good words about them! In fact, my husband went back three weeks later and purchased his car from them too.
I would refer anyone and everyone to them a thousand times over!

We’ve boughten two diesel trucks from these guys. They are SO easy to work with. No gimmicks, no hassle buying. They actually allow you to shop around their lot without being hounded. Their financing was SO easy. Franco and Waseem, are awesome and stand behind their vehicles. They repaired a part that went bad on one of the trucks and offered to pay for a rental in the meantime. These guys are awesome! We were looking for a used truck, and are so thankful to have come across Auto Proz. Everyone was so kind and extremely helpful when it came to financing our purchase. We never once felt pressured or uncomfortable, but rather like a friend was trying to take care of us. There was an issue with the windshield, but they gladly offered to get it taken care of for us! My 2001 BMW died on me a month ago, so I was in the market for a used car. I looked around all of southern California, and found an immaculate 2006 Audi A4 with the 6 speed manual, black on black at Auto Proz. I went to check it out and I was not let down at all. This car was in pristine condition with 88k miles on it. Franco was extremely nice, helpful, and not pushy at all. He helped me work out a deal that I could afford, even though I’m a first time buyer with not so good credit. Signed all the paperwork and was on my way home, when the car suddenly wouldnt go back into gear. I almost had a heart attack! I called Auto Proz and Waseem (extremely nice) immediately sent out a tow truck at 8 pm, and told me he would take care of the car, even though it was sold as is. Not only did they replace the broken part, they also replaced the clutch with it! They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and took care of everything! I could not be any happier. Not only did they stand by the car that they sold (all in the lot are pristine) they made a customer for life. I would not buy a used car anywhere else. Auto Proz is a breath of fresh air amidst all the shady used car dealerships that saturate the market. Definitely will be returning. Go here if you are in the market for an immaculate used luxury car. You wont be disappointed

Went in to kick tires.
I was looking to buy a used car and an Infiniti G35 Coupe 6mt they had on the lot caught my eye, I took it for a test drive and returned to the lot. No pressure, I told them I liked the car and would think about it and return. I came back 2 weeks later ready to buy the Infiniti and was completely sold on getting it but then I saw an 06 Toyota Tacoma double cab 4×4 that just arrived 2 days prior. I test drove it and returned to make a deal, Frank and Waseem were very helpful and nice, they got me a great financing rate at a good price for the truck. These guys know the ins and outs of the cars on their lot and can answer any technical questions on the fly. My brother buys and sells cars all the time and was there at Auto Proz when I bought my Tacoma, He assured me these guys were legit.
I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
