Established in 1992.

Established a podiatric medical practice in Charleston, IL in 1992 and then expanded to another location in Effingham, IL in 2001. Providing foot care to the East Central Illinois area for the last two decades. On staff at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon, Il and HSHS St. Anthony’s Hospital, Effingham, IL where all the outpatient surgery is performed

Dr. Joseph S. Borreggine was born in Rochester, NY and attended medical school in Chicago, IL. He has been a podiatric physician and surgeon since 1988 and has excelled in the profession not only in his experience and in the practice of podiatric medicine, but also as one of the leaders of the profession. He was the President of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association in 2009. As Past President of the IPMA, he served as a delegate to the American Podiatric Medical Association and is the current Illinois Healthcare Advisory Chair. He also was nominated by his peers was elected in 2013 to sit on the Illinois Licensing Board for Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Borreggine has recently authored his 2^nd Edition of a manual for the podiatric profession entitled «The Podiatric Practice Manual» Dr. Borreggine is a community leader in the East Central Illinois area because of his current and past involvement in number civic and professional community organizations.
