Established in 1991.

H.P. Management (IL), Inc. (HPM) manages apartments in the Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, area. These units are all within 10 minutes of the SIUe Campus and only 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis, MO. All units have easy access to I-​270, I-​55 and I-​255, making them an ideal location in the Metro East area. The units consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses.

Manager

H.P. Management (IL), Inc. employs a full time property manager and assistant property manager, as well as a leasing agent. Together they have over 20 years of experience in the management of apartments in the Edwardsville, Glen Carbon area. A maintenance supervisor and additional maintenance technicians assist the management team to provide safe, well-​maintained apartments.
