I’ve been going to dr Napier for quite a few years now and he’s an excellent dr. The front office however is very rude. I had to leave 3 messages and call over 10 times before I could reach anyone. I needed a refill on a prescription refilled that I had been out of for days. The previous Friday was a holiday which is when I left the first message, which I can understand. But my message asked politely to have someone call me. So by 1:00 pm on the following Monday after 2 more messages still nothing. On about the 10th call someone actually answered and said hello then put me straight to voicemail. I call again and get someone on the phone finally. I was a little agitated by now and asked why I had not gotten a refill or call. All they could say is that they were closed on Friday. Not a real answer. Then they tell me that it was called yesterday, which would’ve been a Sunday. So nobody worked Friday because of a holiday but somebody was there to do it on a Sunday??? If you expect to get good psychiatric care you will get it. If you expect a friendly helpful staff you won’t.
