History

Established in 2008.

TechTeamSeattle was started by two people — a serial entrepreneur and a technician — with the shared goal of providing superior, client-​centered service. In less than 3 years we have grown from about 5 clients to over 900, most of who have utilize us on a regular basis for various computer needs.

Hello there! I’m really glad you decided to check out our ad. My name’s Rebecca, and I’ve owned various businesses since 1998 and helped found Tech Team Seattle in 2008. I’ve also been in the tech field since 2003. How I got into this line of work may surprise you. Unlike most computer repair entrepreneurs, I started out as a layperson just like most of you. I remember what it was like to have a college term paper or work report due — and figuratively tear my hair out because the computer wasn’t cooperating! I learned a LOT over the past 10 years… BUT I haven’t forgotten what that level of stress was like. Since computers and everything related to them are constantly changing, I see it all the time! So I know what you’re going through! And I only hire technicians who have that same level of empathy. So we will talk with you in plain English and answer all your questions till we get the job done to your satisfaction. You will get the BEST customer service here!
