For your convenience we now have three locations to choose from including Seattle, Edmonds and Issaquah. Our Issaquah office serves the entire east side including Bellevue, Redmond and Sammamish. And our Edmonds clinic is an easy drive from Everett, Snohomish and Marysville. Friday evening and Saturday morning hours mean you’re back on the job Monday morning.

Established in 1980.

Established in 1980 Dr. Weissman was one of the first physicians in Washington State to offer no-​scalpel, no-​needle vasectomies. He has had more than 32 years of experience in the practice of reproductive medicine and urology. In addition he has performed more than 12,000 vasectomies. Wayne D. Weissman, M.D., is certified by The American Board of Urology and performs no-​scalpel, no-​needle vasectomies at the Swedish Issaquah, Swedish Greenlake and Edmonds Vasectomy Clinics. Dr. Weissman was selected by the physicians of King County as one of region’s ‘Top Doctors in Seattle’ published in Seattle Magazine for 2006. In addition to having performed more than 12,000 vasectomies, Dr. Weissman has been an instructor for AVSC (Association for Voluntary Surgical Contraception). And under the support of Johns Hopkins University, he has traveled to Rwanda and Kenya where he has instructed local physicians in the technique of no-​scalpel vasectomy.

A board-​certified urologist, Dr. Weissman completed his undergraduate studies in a pre-​med program at the University of Minnesota from 1967 to 1970. After graduating from the University of Iowa Medical School in 1974, he and his wife moved to Portland, Oregon where he participated in a surgery internship at the University of Oregon. They returned to Iowa City in 1975 where he began his five years of residency training in the urology program at the University of Iowa. His formal training was completed at the University of Texas in Houston, where he studied male infertility and andrology. In 1980, Dr. Weissman and his family moved to Seattle, where he has since enjoyed providing patient care in private practice.
