Tracy and Jana formed The Cobbin Group as a one stop shop approach, which offers real estate services, lending, title & escrow, hourly legal services, social media advertising, contractors, cleaning services and transition services for seniors and disabled. Offering everything under roof boosts efficiency and greatly simplifies real estate and related transactions.

Business Owner

Tracy Cobbin is a native of the Greater Seattle area currently residing in Edmonds, Washington. He received his real estate license in 1999 and worked for Prudential NW Realty until 2006. Within that time he received various awards for both volume and quality of service.

Tracy & his wife Jana were featured in Seattle Magazine as a 5 Star Service award winner from 2005 through 2007.

Besides his real estate career, Tracy is a Board Member and Ambassador with the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce in Edmonds, Washington. The Chamber is active in local business, community, and charity events.
