Best service ever after 8 years of cpap use. Micah willing to work with you until the mask/​machine are right. Great communication skills, knowledge and follow-​through. Billing explained well and handled perfectly. I can only imagine the handling of new cpap users would be top-​notch, too.

After struggling for almost three weeks with an Everett company to get myself setup with a CPAP machine, I emailed Sound Oxygen Service based on the recommendation of a friend. Wow, what a difference!
I emailed Sound Oxygen Service on a Friday, they emailed and called me back the same day, got my information, immediately contacted the Pulmonologist at the Everett Clinic, got approval from my health-​insurance company by the following Tuesday morning, and on Thursday morning I went in for an appointment and was setup with a CPAP machine.
The staff were knowledgeable and easy to work with, and all of my «newbie» questions about sleep apnea or the CPAP machine were answered by the staff. They also took the time to have me test multiple masks to see what would be the most comfortable for me.
