We produce fabulous Vodkas, Infused Vodkas, Gins, and other spirits, From Scratch sourcing local non-​GMO, organic, raw materials. Our hip tasting room serves as a happy stop for a cocktail, a place to learn about our products, a beautiful venue for events, and home to our innovative GINiology™ class where individuals create their own custom recipe of Gin.

Our flagship products are our Gins– whether you love Martinis, G&Ts, or Negronis, we have made a style of Gin to suit you. We make Vodkas sourced from potato, from wheat, and from grape. We also make fresh ingredient infused Vodkas. We have also created some unique products, such as a spirit made from IPA beer. Our first Whiskey will stay in barrel until late 2017.

We offer a groundbreaking educational and entertaining course called GINiology™. Attendees learn about the history of Gin; the production methods of Gin; our philosophy on how to evaluate and describe Gin. Then we taste many of the independent flavors used to make most gins in the world. This truly unique experience culminates with you crafting your own gin with personalized assistance and taking it home that evening! And… be able to reorder your gin recipe again and again. History

Established in 2015.

Scratch Distillery started distilling spirits in April, 2015, and opened it’s doors in July, 2015. Products: G&T Style Gin, Martini Style Gin, Vodka from Wheat, Vodka from Grape, and Vodka from Potato, Vodka infused with Citrus, Vodka infused with Pepper, Vodka infused with Berry, Distillate of IPA Beer– called «Bierschnaps» and a Barrel Finished version of the same «Bierschnaps»
