Jelena is a FANTASTIC wedding coordinator. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Even though she was technically the «day of» coordinator, she did much more than that. She came to my house and spent three hours with me walking through every single detail. She was always available via email and phone, and really worked to understand my vision and the family dynamics. On the day of my wedding, she set up the venue perfectly and was attentive to not only my needs, but everyone else’s as well. Everything was totally seamless and my guests all commented on how well the evening flowed. She is truly a godsend. Hire her!

Jelena was our day of coordinator. She was very easy to work with and very responsive to any and all of our questions. She has a great down to earth personality and is willing to offer up advice from her experience when you begin planning. She did a great job of deflecting a lot of the stress of the wedding day and kept us focused on enjoying our day. When a few things did not go as planned, she stepped in and got things all straightened out so the show could go on without a hitch.

Jelena and I met after I had already paid the deposit for my day-​of-​coordination, so I was not able to secure her as my official day-​of-​wedding-​planner. However, over the course of the last year Jelena has checked in on me frequently and served as what I consider to be my «bridal consultant». For several reasons I felt less comfortable soliciting the advice of the actual coordinator I’m paying for and at these times, which were often, Jelena was there to help me. She is wise, helpful, strategic with planning details, compassionate, caring and giving of time — and she was doing this just out of the kindness of her heart. She is truly a «what can I do for you» kind of person —Which I actually haven’t found too much of in my planning process, even though I have a pretty large budget. I cannot imagine how thorough her services would have been if I were a paying client. I will refer JBK Weddings and Events to every couple I know in the Puget Sound area because I am so impressed with her talents, knowledge and customer service.

Jelena was our day of planning coordinator and did a fabulous job! She was always there to answer questions before the wedding and any meetings or information I needed. The day of the wedding she was a lifesaver. She set up everything and made sure my daughter and son in law were where they needed to be. The event ran so smoothly and I thank her for making it so magical!

I met Jelena at the annual Wedding Expo last January and we hired her for day of services. My husband and I changed dates a few times and she was able to set expectations and accommodate an ever changing wedding date target.
Throughout the process she stayed on top of us to keep us on path, calling and emailing to check in regarding our progress. She went above and beyond in this way because we had only anticipated needing her on the day of the wedding. She offered her advice and help in many unexpected areas. For example, she loaned us votive candles and baking sheets for our decorating and menu plan. Or when we decided to move the wedding up 10 months and have it in three weeks, she was with us the entire way — in fact, she barely batted an eye at the challenge.
She helped walked us through the night before during the rehearsal dinner to help us understand the flow of things. She stepped in when we didn’t know the tradition or had neglected an important piece of the puzzle. She kept things moving in spite of the many challenges.
We didn’t hire vendors for our reception instead we have many talented friends who helped execute our wedding day. One of our friends baked our cake but she was also one of the bridesmaids. Since she wasn’t available to finish decorating the cake Jelena jumped in, she decorated the cake and the table to make it look absolutely stunning.
She also stayed on top of our best man who was responsible for making sure my husband’s parents and siblings were able to join via Skype. She jumped in to help the friends taking care of the food in the kitchen to help ensure the expectations were met. Jelena made sure that everything kept moving along so that my husband and I could focus on our guests.
I really appreciated everything that she did for our wedding day. She jumped in many times to help ensure that we had a nice time and that things appeared seamless to our guests. She’s diverse, flexible and passionate about helping. Jelena understands the role, goes above expectations and we highly recommend her services.

I hired jbk events to do my sister’s wedding in the tri cities. She’s the only wedding coordinator that I talked with that had any experience doing Indian weddings. She maintained everything while we could focus on our family and friends. I don’t think my sister knows to this day all of the hoops Jelena and her assistant jumped through to make this a seamless event. You are awesome!

Jelena is the only person I would recommend as a wedding planner. She is reliable, a hard worker and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. There will be last minute changes and emergencies in every wedding and Jelena solves them all so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day. Thank you!

Jelena is beyond amazing! I absolutely appreciated her help with making our dream wedding come true! Very patient and detailed oriented, i’d recommend her services to anyone I know that is getting married.
I honestly had no clue what I was doing. Jelena made it very easy to decide on what the important things were we wanted out of our wedding. She even did her absolute best to find us the best deals. I figured she saved us about 2k in the end. She is great to work with and loves what she does. You’d be missing out if you didn’t hire her!

I actually did not get a chance to use Jelena as my wedding planner, however I found her online when I was searching for a the perfect card box. When I saw her work, I instantly fell in love with her style. Super unique & glamorous work! I contacted her right away to see if I could purchase one of her boxes even though I did not use her for my wedding planning so instantly told her that I could and she would be glad to sell it to me. She went out of her way, numerous times to the post office to get quotes on shipping information since she was sending the package from Seattle to New Jersey. When I received my wedding card box it was more beautiful in person than in the pictures online.
I totally wish I would of found her earlier, because she was such a huge help even though she was in Seattle. I can’t wait for people to see her work at my wedding 6.6.14 and I’m sure everyone will be asking me who I used! :D Phenomenal work Jelena, your the best! Thank you!

Jelena is incredible! We hired her only about one month before my daughters wedding and we were starting to go crazy! She jumped right in and helped us work out the details with our venue and immediately the stress levels started to drop! We were somewhat clueless and Jelena helped us make sure everything was accounted for.
The actual wedding day she was phenomenal! She had everything that was needed to handle anything from spilled wine to tuxedo pants that were too big. She is absolutely amazing and so great to work with. Having her there to coordinate the wedding day took the pressure off of me and my daughter and we both were able to enjoy the day!

It is interesting that in the last few years I have been to two weddings where Jelena Krzeszowski of JBK Weddings and Events planned the event. The thing about these weddings were that they were totally different from each other. The décor in the reception halls were spectacular and the floral arrangements extraordinary and again so different from the usual arrangements you see at most weddings. Obviously Jelena has a creative spirit that doesn’t stop at the ordinary. She also thinks on her feet as one wedding had rain and at the last minute she redid everything so that no one would have know that it had been planned differently. From what I could see everything ran smoothly and the bridal couple and their families were able to enjoy the day without freaking about details.
