I saw dr. parker in late October for a cyst on my neck that had been getting larger and more irritating. He recommended taking it out later after I had taken a round of antibiotics but in the first visit tried to drain the cyst to relieve some pressure. when I got my EOB papers a week or so later, he had not only charged for a office visit of 138.00 but also a surgery procedure of 326.00 of which is my responsibility as I had yet to reach my yearly deductible. I was in the office a total of maybe 10 minutes total. About e week later I had the cyst removed(before I got the initial bill) and all was good. A week later I returned to get the stitches out and when the nurse took them out the incision opened up, they b put butterfly bandages on and told me to be careful for 3 – 4 days so as not to open up the wound again. professional? I think NOT !! Now I’m waiting for the REAL surgery bill to come. Wonder if they are going to charge me for the butterfly bandages too! Maybe they should tell you that a drainage procedure(that didn’t even drain anything out) is going to cost you 300.00 + before they just go ahead and do it.

I have seen Dr. Rodgers many times in the past for various ailments. She is a great ENT doctor and she is very good at listening and giving good information and helpful feedback. I have seen her since 2005 or so. Back then for Chronic ear infections and she finally decided that I should have an adult tube put into my ear that was causing the most problems. It completely solved the issue and over time the tube fell out. The procedure was done same day in office and while not without some pain from the numbing injections, it was quick and it helped with a problem that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. Since then I’ve seen her for a chronic sore throat and voice loss and she was able to refer me to a place that helps with the chronic hoarse voice issue as well, which was really awesome. During that appointment she stuck a little camera down my nose(after numbed) and had me make sound to check for any nodes or any sort of issues with the vocal chords itself. my fiancé also had an in office procedure to remove a bump he had on his lip for years that he hated. It was so quick and easy and he was very pleased after years of just dealing with it, to have it taken off. I would recommend Dr. Rodgers to anyone dealing with ENT problems. She’s great. DOWNSIDE: The only downside I have noticed with this office is that they are rarely running on time unless you get the first appointment of the day or very early morning appointments. I’ve had to wait even up to 45 minutes past my appointment time, which is aggravating, but I would still recommend them because she is a great doctor. Just prepare for some wait time and remember they sometimes have to do unexpected procedures like ear tubes in office and it delays their day unfortunately, but if you’re someone who wants to be treated as soon as possible and with the best care I think it’s worth the wait time. Bring a book or something to pass the time and don’t review them based on the wait time because if you had to have a procedure done, you’d want it done that day if possible and not have to come back on another day feeling horrible while you wait for a second appointment.

If you are a new patient at this clinic, request that they mail or fax you the new patient paperwork before your appointment. My husband was scheduled for a 9:30am appointment and was not seen until 10:40am. The front desk personnel did not provide any updates until we went up there at which point they said, ‘sorry, you’re up next.’. We were taken back 10 minutes later to wait an additional 10 minutes in which it was explained that ringing in the ears can occur for no reason. After 10 minutes with the doctor we were taken back for a hearing test, which was another 10 minute wait. Poorly run office, very in efficient –we’ve since switched doctors.
