Did I nice job on my mothers damaged car. Looked like new.

Friendly staff, great customer service, easy drop off/​pickup service. I needed my car fixed from a small collision and they did a great job. My car looks as good as new. They also washed inside and outside and provided extra nice little things like touch up paint. All the small stuff added up for a very nice experience.

Got rear ended in my Civic by a guy from California driving a stick shift with a PROSTHETIC LEFT LEG (another story for another time), and called Lynnwood Honda to see who they take their cars to and they suggested Collision Clinic Carstar.
The overall experience was phenomenal. They took care of everything, kept me in the loop throughout the repair process, were very flexible, and my whole car looked flawless (inside and out!). I really appreciate that they gave me a bottle of touch up paint. The two carnations were a nice gesture as well).

When it comes to subjects of insurance + expensive repairs, integrity of the service provider is critical for an easy successful repair VS being taken advantage of. My insurance broker highly recommended CCC so I added them to the bid list. Another shop I got a bid from was Professional Collision north on 99. I chose Collision Clinic Carstar because the service by Aaron during the evaluation was much more in depth and professional. I did have to wait a little over a week to drop off the car, and the turnaround time was 5 business days to fix rear end damage roughly $ 5,000 billed to insurance. I’m sure that there are other body shops that can do high quality repairs, but Aaron’s highly professional and knowledgeable service earned my trust. I am very happy with the end results and I would trust CCC to do a quality job again.

I was rear ended and needed a place that worked with the other persons insurance so I Unilocaled some of the options State Farm gave me and went here since it already had great reviews. They earned another 5 stars because the work they performed was flawless, and the time they completed it was less than expected. They also contracted my rental with Hertz and I had someone pick me up when I dropped off my car and hand very minimal paperwork to fill out. I was expecting two days and I got to pick my fixed car in about 30 hours from drop off. They had a carnation on the seat with and a complimentary bottle of touch up paint! The office ladies were very friendly and fast and they had great candy in the lobby! No one wants to deal with car repairs but if you need to get your car worked on I highly recommend this place!

Needed some body work repair after an auto glass company gouged the A Pillar on my Lexus ES 350 when they either removed the OEM windshield or installed the aftermarket one. Collision Clinic was highly recommended and I can see why. They explained what work needed to be completed and even provided me with a thorough analysis of the process. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service received. They even handled all the paperwork for me as they are a direct biller to my insurance company. The work was done in a timely manner and the paint color was an exact match to the factory color. My car was washed, detailed, and they even provided me with a small container of paint to take home. The staff did an excellent job making sure I was completely satisfied with their service before I left. When i think of Collision Clinic Carstar i think of quality work, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly, the waiting area was relaxing with «low stress» signs, the estimate was fair, treats/​drinks provided, and the staff explained everything well. I left with a flower in my car. I was impressed with their service.

I absolutely recommend this shop! They worked seamlessly with my detailer to quote, then repair some minor body work to my BMW M3. The paint was an absolute perfect match to the factory color, and performed quickly.
Bruce and his team were communicative, friendly, and wonderful to work with!
And the facility is well maintained and secure, so you don’t have to worry about your car while it’s being worked on!

I didn’t have any work done here, but they handled an estimate for me and made it a very pleasant experience.
Some drunk lady in a PT Cruiser kicked my ass when I was at a red light a couple weeks ago, and managed to total my truck. So there wasn’t a lot for CCC to do, but they took delivery of the truck without any hassle, and put the estimate together in under 24 hours. Very capable and straightforward throughout.
It’s hard to say for sure what the quality of work is like here, but the facility certainly looks like it has everything going for it. It’s almost a compound – a big back lot for cars waiting for decisions, and the whole thing is ringed by an absolutely massive fence. There are multiple garages inside the fence: presumably painting, bodywork, mechanical, and so on. There’s a small office with a waiting room as well.
When they’re open, they pull the fence back and you can hang out indoors while you wait – magazines, TV, very cool saltwater tropical fish tank, and even a little putting toy with golf balls and putters for your amusement.
I wasn’t going to review these guys since they just did the estimate, but the staff was super nice. They helped me get my stuff out of the truck and pulled my license plates (special plates I want to keep for the next truck) for me, and they were always super nice on the phone and very logical and kind. Missy in particular doted on me a bit when I told her I’d been in a wreck, and I really appreciate that. These guys (especially Missy) clearly are used to dealing with people who are creaky and achey from collisions – one of the detailers remembered me and asked how I was doing when I had to come back a second time for the plates. These guys aren’t the cheapest, but they seem to run a really good operation.

Picked up my Mazda yesterday. We had some damage to the rear light and bumper — about $ 800 worth of work to be done.
The worked looked great — but since it was a «easy» repair I can’t really say much about it — but I can for sure give them 5 stars for the customer service.
Starting on the day I went for my estimate. I was given a fresh hot cup of coffee and some chocolate while I waited and the wait wasn’t all that long — 20 minutes later and I was on my way after being walked through every aspect of proposed repair.
A week later I arrived for my scheduled drop off — Enterprise rent a car was there — at 7:30 AM with a rental. I was off and on my way within 15 minutes.
3 days later — time to drop off the car — they give you the option of leaving the rental at the Clinic. Because the Enterprise location was so close by I opted to drop it off there and have them bring me to the Clinic. But either way — its so easy!
But the condition I got my car back in — that was just over the top — included was a small can of touch up paint, a fresh carnation, a litter bag, and a detailed car (not just a slap and dash vacuum job, I am talking about a full cleaning!).
WOW. This place really does go above and beyond. If I ever have another «uh-​oh» it will be Collision Clinic Carstar I’ll be calling!

I did not realize what a difference a body shop can make. The experiences I’ve had in the past were nothing like this. My (beloved) Volvo S-​80 was crunched and it came back to me on time, under quote, clean inside and out and smelling like new! To top it off, my paperwork came in a packet with a red carnation on top! Every contact I had with the shop from the beginning to billing was pleasant and cheerful. Businesses like this need to be applauded. YOU ROCK!

I’ve had two repairs here after being referred by Lynnwood Honda as the place they take their repairs to. Work was done quickly and perfectly both times and came in exactly on estimate. I trust this place and that’s a rare thing with any type of automotive service! Both cars looked like new.

Fast, efficient, and professional. Lowest estimate I received and they did quality work in a short time period and arranged my rental car.
They kept my kids entertained with their nice fishtank and friendly office staff. Overall a very good experience.

I got rear-​ended and went to Collision Clinic for an estimate. The place was easy to find and park at. The office was clean and organized. Heidi Black was my agent. She was professional from the start. I received an estimate from her in less than 15 minutes. I don’t know much about cars, but she presented herself as knowledgeable and courteous, so I trusted her. After comparing another shop’s estimate with her, she agreed to match the competitor’s rates (which were cheaper per hour by a good 25%). Throughout the process of repair she kept me updated, which I appreciated. She was always direct and courteous, Very professional and not putting on «an act.» The car looks great and the repairs are guaranteed for as long as I own the car.

I was rear ended by a semi truck.
The personal in the office was very pleasant, but the body work could have been done better.
I had to argue with the body shop about the bumper not matching, broken glass laying around in the tailgate, body panels damaged and to this day not fixed.
The manager finally fixed the miss matched bumper, well doesn’t match completely. But I get tired arguing with these guys.

I have never had a better car experience than when I took my car to Collision Clinic CARSTAR. The office staff was terrific and I was taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. They handled all the paper work with the insurance company and even had my rental car waiting fo me when I dropped my car off! They completed the repair a day ahead of schedule and added a complementary detail service. I can’t even tell that the accident ever happended. They blew away my expectations and I will be a lifetime customer.
