History

Established in 2006.

Charlie’s PC Repair started as a small, on-​the side service, mostly doing PC repairs for friends and family in their homes. Charlie quickly realized that there was huge potential for the right kind of PC repair company so he got a business license and started advertising. At first the original name was ‘Bell Computers of Federal Way’ and was located in South King County.

In early 2009 he relocated to Lynnwood, WA and the name was officially changed to ‘Charlie’s PC Repair’.

In Feb 2015, Charlie signed a lease on an office space on Main Street in downtown Edmonds and quit his day-​job to focus on doing what he loves: Helping folks and fixing things!

Although there have been changes over all this time, the constant has been simple: Provide a fair, high-​quality service to every customer. Treat them well and the business will grow.

I have always been very involved in working with and learning about computers as well as the intricacies of running a premier computer service business. Over time, I continued honing my troubleshooting and repair skills and branching out into programming and web-​design. I have managed technical support and PC repair departments for several prominent custom computer manufacturers and always try to keep my finger on the pulse of the technology world. On top of that, I have always had a passion for helping people. I believe that integrity and honesty is the surest route to success and I love a good challenge.
