Argonaut Diving is a group of Instructors, Assistant Instructors, and Divemasters, that gather routinely to lead fun dives and have adventures in diving through continuing education and travel. Whether you are learning to dive or wish to be a dive leader, we have a program for you… and it’s fun! We are based in Edmonds, Everett and Seattle, Washington and spend many hours diving the Emerald Sea which includes Puget Sound, San Juan Islands, and Canadian Waters. We also travel the world. History

Established in 1999.

Founded in 1999 by now PADI Master Instructor Ferenc «Fred» Doner. Certifying over 140 students a year from Beginning Open Water Students all the way to Assistant Instructors.

Ferenc «Fred» Doner. P.A.D.I. Master Instructor, Founder of Argonaut Diving, IDC Staff instructor, Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Open Water Scuba Instructor, Divemaster, Emergency First Responder Instructor Trainer, Dive Safety Officer, Cavern Instructor, Wreck Diver Instructor, Enriched Air (Nitrox) Instructor, Deep Instructor, Navigation Instructor, Drift Instructor, Boat Specialty Instructor, Night Diver Instructor, Search & Recovery Instructor, plus eight more. Past Voulunteer Dome, Research/​Collection Diver for Seattle Aquarium. Aga Mask Diver. Advance Nitrox Diver and Decompression Diver. First certified in 1975, became a Divemaster in 1999, Open Water Instructor in 2000, with close to 1900 certifications issued to date, including over 50 Divemasters and close to 60 Assistant Instructors. Also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington for over 30 years.
