Not like big production builders where you deal with a superintendent or sales person where you never deal with the decision makers.

History

Established in 2004.

After working 17 years in computer programming Jay changed directions and quit his day job and went to work full time at his hobby. Jay started JTE Properties back in 2004 flipping houses and collecting rent houses. Gradually he transitioned into new home construction and Two Structures LLC was born.
