WARNING‼DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! Extremely dirty, smells awful & your dog will stink when you pick it up! They obviously don’t keep an eye on the pets, (worker was out front smoking when I finally had to go get my dog because they wouldn’t answer phone after 3+ hours after leaving a message to check on my puppy cause it was his 1^st day in day care)! Horrible customer service! Didn’t help me with my dog when I went to pick him up! He was absolutely filthy, extremely hyper and jumping all over me! They had taken his collar off & I couldn’t get it back on him! Worker just sat there & stared at me; then asked how I wanted to pay? SERIOUSLY!!! Should’ve turned this place in to SPCA or BBB or ??? This place needs to be shut down!!!

I’ve used this place several times to board my dogs for long periods at times. I was satisfied with the service in the beginning. But I started noticing that there was always something different about my dogs when I would get them back. I especially didn’t like the fact that I specifically requested my dogs to be bathed prior to me picking them up and it wasn’t done. I didn’t really get to see any part of the dog area when I walked in so I’m not really sure what the conditions were in the back. All in all. It was an okay service.

Really great place to board your pets. They even have the option to work with your dog for training as they are being boarded.
