When finding a slab leak in Oklahoma City, we employ many advanced technologies. We have acoustic detection devices, three different camera systems, infrared, thermal imaging and line tracing equipment at our disposal.

Our main specialty is that we repair only slab leaks. We are not a full service plumbing company, with too many irons in the fire, just hoping to land a slab leak repair. Our response time, price and quality are unmatched!

History

Established in 2005.

Pipe Down Slab Leak Location started out as a third party slab leak detection and sewer camera service for local plumbing companies. After becoming successful on this front, it was time to evolve the business into something that was missing in the Oklahoma City metro. I noticed the lag time a middle man approach brought to a slab leak repair. For example, the plumbing company would come out and determine there was a slab leak but leave due to their inability to find it. They would then call a leak detector who would schedule a day to come find the leak. Finally, the plumbing company would return to make the repair and in many cases up charge the detection price for the customer. This model was grossly inefficient and costly for the customer. As a result, we decided to only locate our own customer’s leaks and fix them more quickly at a better price. We can do this because we only find and fix slab leaks! This allows for a streamlined, same day repair with service after the sale.

I have lived in Oklahoma for my entire life and plan to keep it that way.

I am an OSU and UCO alumni where I worked my way through college and earned my Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration. I moved to Edmond, found my awesome wife and we have since been blessed with two outrageously cool kids. I started this business in 2006 to fill a void that was missing in the industry. My company only repairs broken pipes under your home’s foundation. Many companies claim to be specialists, #1, the best at these repairs; but in reality, these are full service plumbing outfits hoping for a big job. Why is this an important difference? We do all of our own leak locations and camera work. Our customers do not have to wait for a third party to come out and locate the problem. Secondly, my crew is not out fixing leaky faucets and hot water tanks. We are ready for your problem when it arises and our response time, price and customer service are unmatched!
