History

Established in 2005.

Our founder and CEO, Angela (Ball) Givens, dreamed as a teen of becoming a published author. By age 13, she had written poetry and short stories, but had difficulty obtaining an affordable means of publishing her written works.

In the late 70’s, encountering this challenge contributed to shaping Angela’s passion as an adult to assist others with their written works. Angela believed young authors, new authors, and published authors all alike should have access to affordable publishing services.

By providing affordable, professional, and ethical publishing services to new and published authors alike, On The Ball Publishing, LLC demonstrates its commitment to encourage and empower individuals and businesses to bring their written solutions to the world.

Business Owner

Angela began Affordable Resume Services in 1998 and in 2005 she founded On The Ball Publishing. To date, she is a PhD Candidate in Learning Management, holds a master’s degree in Management, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, Angela is an ardent university professor, teaching writing composition classes.
