The Morrison Group is a privately held branding and distribution company. Our focus is the convenience store industry where we’ve operated for over 25 years. Founded in 1991 as Morrison Distribution and Marketing, we have since grown to include an in-​house creative department, print shop, signage manufacturing, and distribution center. We work with coffee roasters, wholesalers, national petroleum brands, distributors, and independent proprietors. All under one roof as The Morrison Group, our capabilities include a wide range of products and services, completely unique and unparalleled in the convenience store industry.

History

Established in 1991.

The Morrison Group was born in 1991 out of a marketing meeting at BP’s US headquarters. Dan Morrison had a vision that he could enhance the Oil and Gas Company’s branding efforts with its pool of thousands of c-​stores locations. With BP’s approval, The Morrison Group launched. While our capabilities have expanded with an in-​house design department, full print shop and POP manufacturing facility and an extensive warehousing and distribution network, our purpose remains the same: to improve the appearance and supply efficiency of the beverage bar within the 180,000 convenience stores in North America.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Dan is the founder of The Morrison Group, a branding and distribution company that’s been based out of the Oklahoma City metro area since 1991. Prior to this, he worked with his father and brother for the Morrison Paper Company. There, he gained a rich knowledge of dry goods distribution and the unique needs of the foodservice industry. He also learned that excellent service to the customer should always be top priority. Expert advice and superior customer service are what he’s made the foundation of The Morrison Group.

In his spare time, Dan can be found with his wife Diana walking their two Cavalier King Charles or taking them on road trips to venues dogs don’t normally go. He’s an active member of the Oklahoma City Chamber and diehard fan of any Oklahoma sports team.

His favorite morning wake ‘up is a mug of Diana’s famous bold coffee with a dash of crème.
