Dunkin’ Donuts

I became addicted to their coffee when I lived in Edmond. Now, it is an hour round trip to get coffee so I don’t get to visit nearly as often as I would like.
I usually go in to get everything when I’m ordering for my sons as well but today I was just getting something for myself and a co-​worker so I went through the drive thru for the first time and this was the first time it wasn’t the best, except for the coffee, that’s never been bad.
Today was just a large vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar, chicken salad sandwich, a turkey and bacon flatbread and hashbrowns. The chicken salad sandwich was kinda skimpy and the flatbread was cold and the hashbrowns were old.
My usual order is 2 large vanilla iced coffees with cream and sugar (one for the drive home and one for when I’m home. Don’t judge, it’s a long drive!), a chicken salad sandwich that I eat there, a boston cream filled donut and an apple fritter that I take home for myself. I always get my sons a boston cream filled donut for my youngest and I get a croissant split open and toasted with chocolate icing spread on both halves for my oldest. He is allergic to eggs so he can’t have any of the donuts or muffins but their croissants do not have egg in them, so we make our own donut for him. Sometimes the worker looks at me funny for requesting that but they are happy to do it.
I like this store better than the others on the North side and Del City because it is much nicer and bigger. It’s newer, more modern and in a better location. The stores in this state don’t seem to have as big of a menu as other states. I wish they would open more stores here too.

This place seriously needs new management that can keep their employees under control. Employees were having a racially charged argument while swearing at each other, meanwhile there’s a family with two 8 – 10 year olds watching it all go down. This is the second time I’ve been here when something like this happened.

Like others I absolutely LOVE Dunkin! However, this operation seems to be stocked with snotty drive-​thru employees and the consistency is horrible. I ordered a set of sugar cookie lattes and the little mexican lady with glasses asked if I wanted cream and sugar in it. Huh? They came in coffee cups, not latte cups.
Just this morning (9:30 am on 12/​16/​2015) I ordered another set of sugar cookie coffees (not lattes this time) and the young blonde girl at the window (new girl?) wanted to argue with me about whether or not I should have sugar in them. WTF? Please just make my coffee the way I ordered it. I’d rather not have to add stuff while I’m driving down the road.
So in short, Dunkin Donuts the company? GREAT! This location? Training, training, training. It’s hit or miss. If you go thru the drive-​thru and get the ~35 yr old blonde lady you’ll have a winner (sorry I don’t know her name!). Your coffee will be perfect. Anyone else will either not have a clue or they’ll not care if they get even a simple «2 Med Sugar cookie lattes, hot please» order right.
Management definitely needs to step in or do some mystery shopping in the mornings.

I had not been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in years. There just isn’t one close to where I live. I was pleasantly surprised with the expanded menu. The place was very clean and modern and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I love Dunkin. What’s not to love? I’m usually a cookie dough or vanilla iced coffee and glazed munchkin kinda girl but it is pumpkin season so I decided to go all out this trip.
The pumpkin iced coffee was great, I’d love to try the hot version as soon as it cools off! I wasn’t a huge fan of the pumpkin munchkins, but I’m still dying to try the pumpkin cheese cake square.
I’ve had the pretzel bun chicken sandwich and it just had way to much salt for my taste. I couldn’t enjoy the sandwich because it was too salty. I would try another lunch option if I’m in the area around that time of day.
I love the app and rewards program! I always use some coupon, reward or at least get the free donut that’s available on the receipt when you fill out the survey and order a medium or larger drink.

I didn’t know Dunkin Donuts had a happy hour. I got a great drink today for a very nice price. I highly recommend this location. Great customer service with a friendly staff.

I was so excited about getting a Dunkin Donuts in Edmond, but these donuts suck! Always bland. They simply taste like week old store bought donuts.

I love Dunkin Donuts, and I believe this is the closest location to where I live, so I’ve been here several times. Always had a great experience with each visit. I don’t get to stop here much because it’s a bit out of my way now days, but will definitely visit again when I’m in the area or have some extra time.

My husband and I are both Dunkin donut’s crazy people. We love our Dunkin’ Donuts and drink it religiously daily. Living in San Diego we don’t have any Dunkin’ Donuts besides one in downtown San Diego so I buy her coffee from Costco. They only have the original Dunkin’ Donuts they don’t have the dark roast which is our favorite. While visiting of course they were bringing our favorite dark roast and they had their special 3 pounds for 19.99 so we bought 6 pounds of dark roast coffee to bring home with us.

l was really needing a chocolate fix. I had just had my hair colored and was really hungry. All l of a sudden I see the Dunkin Donuts sign!!! I am originally from Massachusetts and we have them on every corner.
This was around 2 in the afternoon. I drove through the drive thru and ordered my chocolate glazed donut. The guy taking my order was very nice. He was trying to make sure I was ordering what I wanted. When I drove up to the window he even showed me the donut before he bagged. It thought wow that is really going the extra mile! It was $ 97 cents.
Since it was the afternoon I thought the donut may have been not so fresh, but it was! Heaven! I was so happy eating this donut. After I finished it I thought I should have had two!

Nothing beats a hot cup of dunkin coffee and a donut (or two). I love this DD location and they are consistent. Great service in a great location. I drink Starbucks coffee every morning and I’ve been going to Starbucks at least twice a day for the past three years, buy when I’m in Edmond for work I switch up my routine and go to this DD drive thru.

They need to stick to donuts only. Other food is greasy, gross, undercooked or burnt. First and last time I had bfast there.

Good coffee and cheaper than Starbucks. I wish there were more in OKC. This one is only a year or two old, so it’s always clean and it’s nice inside.

RUDE. The only person who acted like they had the time of day to talk to me about THEIR MISTAKE was the manager (the nice middle eastern sounding man) but the rest of the workers acted put out that they had to do their jobs? Really? It’s not rocket science people, get with the program. I don’t need baristas to look down on me for getting free coffee on Mondays, it’s not your company to decide what promos you offer, I’m sorry to tell you.
Wait why am I apologizing? Nevermind, I’ll never put myself in that situation again I promise you.
Just a suggestion, steer clear of this place and head to one of the many Starbucks in Edmond.

Believe it or not dunkin donuts has healthy delicious food! I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and by the nutrition facts i saw from my «eat this not that» app. And it was sooo good!!! Overall great food and wonderful staff! Thank you Dunkin Donuts!

Nice to have Dunkin in Edmond. New store… very clean… friendly staff. One negative: This store does not carry any coconut donuts and I was told that the manager has decided they will not because of the lack of demand. At that point, the staff told me that I was not the first to ask and a lot of people have been asking for them. The other OKC metro stores carry coconut, and I frquently purchase the last one or two off the shelf. Anyway, please add coconut donuts!

I love Dunkin Donuts products, but this location has terrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store, and yet I waited for someone to take my order because the employees were busy discussing what sandwiches they were going to make themselves for lunch. After placing my order, I moved to the pickup counter to wait. I waited for at least 5 minutes before anyone even noticed that I was standing there. He then asked me if I was waiting for a beverage — they hadn’t even started making it yet.
The service at this location is very poor and I would not go here again unless they hire some adults who know something about customer service.

I was super pumped that they finally opened a location in edmond. But after complete disasters all 3 times in visiting i’ve decided that this is just not the place for me. Every time i’ve gone here i’ve had the worst service (ghetto window chick). Had to speak to the manager every time and though he handles it well and fixes it quickly. It’s not worth the effort or the hassle, seeing that i pass 6 other places i can get a muffin from. Oh and they don’t have half the items that the other locations do. Including: any type of danish, no pumpkin or chocolate chip muffin and no belgian waffles. It’s 89 cent for a donut here and 69 cents at a daylight (which i’ve never had one problem with in 2 years.) For this foodie i’m opting out of this one.

Great convenient location for Edmondites traveling south on Broadway, especially early in the morning, and you want a cup of java from somewhere other than Starbucks at 15^th and Broadway, where it’s hard to enter and exit their drive-​thru. My son opted for a Dunkin Donuts in the Philadelphia airport recently, bought a «Belgian» waffle, and
it looked very similar to what I had eaten in Brussels a few months earlier. So, thinking I would get one of these wonderful waffles to go and a great cup of coffee, because I have heard their coffee is superb, comparable to Starbucks, I drove through the drive-​thru. The drive-​thru menu encompasses all different muffins, bagels, croissants, of course donuts, but no Belgian waffles. Okay, I can deal with that. But I really wanted a great cup of coffee — strong, flavorful. It was weak and tasteless… taste more like 7 – 11 or gas station coffee… the employees were superb… service great. Just no Belgian waffles, and bland coffee.
