Window World of Jersey Coast

My appointment was for 1pm and they never even called me til 3pm to say that they are not gonna show up til 4!
Wasted my whole day waiting for them and at the end of the day I had to cancel the appointment for another day!
So far, horrible experience

We had several window companies come out and give us quotes for window replacements. We were getting quotes from $ 10,000-$ 25,000. We decided to go for one more quote even though we figured we’d have to wait another year to financially pay the cost. Window World came, got right to the point (no annoying sales pitch), came prepared with a window sample, and gave us a quote that wouldn’t break our bank. They brought a crew to do the work. It took one work day to complete the job (clean up included). Our retired neighbor was so impressed that he used them to do his windows too. We absolutely love the windows! They are so much nicer than our original 1950’s, wooden, painted shut windows.

They Installed all new windows and doors at both of my houses and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They were not only east to deal with, but also very reasonable and flexible with us. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Last November I left a review concerning Window World, yesterday, February 21 I received a phone call from Remo one of the owners of Window World apologizing for the condition his workers left my property in and offering to replace the flat tire he thought they had caused us to suffer. Fortunately we didn’t get a flat, we were only concerned we could have, my wife’s car tires are $ 300 each.
I told Remo that he had already done everything I could ask or expect a business owner to do, he became aware of a problem and confronted it head on not only offering but wanting to fix the problem… what else could anyone ask for? I’d like to publicly thank Remo for being a responsible business owner and accepting his responsibilities like a man. We do intend on replacing our windows, maybe not this year but soon, and the first call I will make will be to Window World, I’ve seen how the handle themselves and I know for a fact that my neighbors are extremely happy with their new windows and with Window World!
