Customer service sucks. Tried returning an overpriced cotton shirt which totally lost its shape for at least a store credit, but didn’t. Too bad the company cannot stand behind the quality of the products it sells. Extremely disappointed. Never going back again.

Well… This small urban outfitters in menlo park mall is certainly lackluster in comparison to the larger UOs I’m used to(I swear my closet is not largely diverse w their brands only) but it does the job. Sort of. The essentials are here: shoes, jeans, shirts, dresses, etc but there just isn’t a great selection. And heaven help the men’s section. Glad im not a dude because the back end of the store is a pretty sorry excuse for men’s stuffs! But you know. If you really got a hankerin for a 68 $+ floral dress that’s a copy of someone’s hard designed and hand sewn original from . This is your place!

in an attempt to save him from himself, my cousin and i took his younger brother to menlo park mall and traversed the crowds to help root out his identity. not a fan of malls in particular, i felt compelled to write this review because of our experience at Urban. when he went to go try on his clothes, instead of using plastic number cards, they use dry erase markers on mirrors to note how many items you bring in. newly purchased belongings are also bagged in a clearly marked Urban reusable canvas tote to make sure that the world knows that you are an Urban shopper. now, here’s the kicker for me. they give you the option of receiving your receipt via email instead of on paper, which i chose. obviously, this opens you up for mass emails and other junk email, but i was so bemused that i had to say yes. kudos to you, Urban, for blending your marketing campaign and go green strategy. i can’t shake your hand, but you certainly got me re-thinking where i’m going to spend my next dollar or fifty.
