History
Established in 2004.
Since the 1890’s the Pines Manor has been a landmark of Central New Jersey. With a total of 32,000 square feet that includes a 16,000 square-foot elegantly appointed ballroom and private boardrooms. The Pines Manor has a capacity to host from 10 to 1,500. We have had the distinction of being host to Presidents Kennedy, Carter, Reagan, Bush and Clinton, but our business is not built on one-time events. Loyal clientele who come back again and again from Christenings to Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet Sixteen Parties, Graduations, Proms, Quinceañeras, Corporate Events and of course Weddings are at the core of our business.
At the Pines Manor we have seen many changes over the years. It is our goal to continue to improve and update our look, menu and packages to meet the needs of our loyal guests that choose us. Joseph Amore A.
Business Owner
Joseph Amore is the Director of Operations at The Pines Manor. He has extensive experience in the hotel and restaurant business, working for some of the premier properties in New York City. He has restored the century-old Pines Manor to its position as the leading and largest caterer in Central New Jersey. Amore helped create a luxury-level of service at affordable prices.
He simultaneously built a strong social and corporate clientele leading to increased business in areas otherwise overlooked. His commitment to custom-tailored menus, professionally-trained staff, and creating special environments meets the cultural requirements of the area’s ethnic populations.
Joe Amore is the heart and soul of the Pines Manor. He puts everything he has into not only pleasing guests, but also creating a positive working environment where employees are encouraged to grow emotionally and professionally.
