Food is delicious. I always get the same thing-omelette with cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and onions. Very good! Tables are sometimes dirty and food is a little pricy. The omelette and coffee is $ 10.

Trying to find a decent bagel spot and I decided to stop by on my way home. I ordered two sandwiches. Ordered a BEC on a poppyseed bagel and a SEC on a onion bagel. When I got home and opened the items, they put the BEC on the onion bagel and SEC on the poppyseed. This place wasn’t that busy so not sure how they can mess up the order. Egg and sausage tasted fine but the poppyseed bagel just tasted old. Even though the bagel sucked, I would go here instead of a Dunkin Donuts. However, would go to another mom/pops bagel place instead of Sunnyside Deli.

Love this place. Stumbled on it about 10 years ago and my go to 1x per week sub treat. Staff is always friendly and remembers my order. Owner even remembers your name. Besides hot or cold subs there are other sandwiches and things off the grill. In addition, I’ve used them for catering and boy were those meatballs yummy. There is prepared food to go that is great as well. Place isn’t fancy, but it’s always been clean, prices good, food yummy and fresh. Adding the friendliness of the staff, winner.

They have a little bit of this and a little bit of that. The people here are very friendly. It is the type of place that every neighborhood should have. Plenty of seating. If you are from around here, you are sure to run into somebody you know. I have never had anything here beyond the usual breakfast sandwich or maybe tuna on occasion. It’s OK. Their coffee bar, a very nice set-up, is also OK. Definitely a place to stop for a quick breakfast or lunch. I did notice people coming in to buy prepared dishes and salads so those things might be worth a try.

Decent deli, come here out of convenience. The place is a bit dirty and could definitely use an upgrade but they make pretty good sandwiches. They would benefit from adding to their topping selections, right now they only offer the basics like lettuce, tomato, onion. Four stars for the staff, as they are always friendly and helpful. Would recommend taking out as it feels a bit grimy eating here.

Sunnyside is a great deli with excellent homemade food! I’ve had several large parties catered by them, and the food is always delicious and abundant. The breakfast sandwiches and bagels are my favorite. They also serve great deli sandwiches, grilled items and prepared Italian dishes — baked ziti, rice balls, chicken parm. Their tuna and chicken salads are always a hit with my family. The staff is friendly and will make you just about anything you’d like. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. Sunnyside is the best deli in the area, for sure!

This place looked like crap when I walked in and I almost turned around and left. It’s a strange mix of prepared italian foods, a deli counter, and an ancient bodega. There was also baked goods behind the register. I’d describe this place as a jack of all trades, master of none. They were out of bagels on a sunday for sandwiches, and a roll didn’t satisfy my craving for taylor ham egg and cheese on a bagel. If you live close and this is your only option, I guess it passes, but I don’t need to drive over there for that.

If you want breakfast but don’t wanna go to Dunkin’ Donuts like the rest of America, this is the place to do it. There’s pretty much nowhere else to go in the area if you’re on the go. Dunkin’ is right next door and sometimes I park there and walk over. I dunno why I do that. This place has ample parking. You can also sit down if you wanna stay in. There’s coffee and hot chocolate too. And milk machines… I’ve never heard of that before. Coolers are filled with bottled drinks like Snapple, Honest Tea, Poland Spring, etc. There are a lot of coolers. Brownies, cookies, etc. are by the register. Place has got you covered in an otherwise desolate area.

I’ve recently discovered this place and have eaten here about 5 times in the last 5 weeks and the food is delicious and fresh. I was very excited to find this place. Unfortunately my experience today has left a bad taste in my mouth, and not because of the food, but because of the service. Today I stopped in for carry out at approx 1:50PM and there was no waiting in line! So I decided to take advantage and ask a few questions. I asked how late they served breakfast and the man replied curtly, «You’re too late». I wasn’t really looking for breakfast, I just wanted to know for future reference, so I asked, «How late do you serve breakfast, for future reference?» He said, «1:30». The special board said«Sandwich Roast Beef and Gravy» and since I’ve only ever had cold sandwiches, I asked the man, «How’s the special?» To which he replied, «It’s roast beef and gravy». I asked, «That’s what the sign says, could you be a little more descriptive? Like how is it prepared?» He replied, «I can’t decide for you what you want to eat, you’re gonna have to decide for yourself.» I said, «well alrighty then, that’s it for me.» I turned around and walked out. I just don’t like giving my business to people who are rude, so I don’t think I’ll be going back there for a while. If you do go, I suggest you avoid the man with the mustache and glasses.

Best deli in the area period! Not quite an Italian deli but it’s still excellent. They have the best breakfast sandwiches and use great breakfasts meats. The porkroll and cheese on a bagel is so good. And their breakfast platters are great. They also make their own roast beef which makes for a great lunch time sandwich.
