Established in 2010.

Started out at the Edison Amboy Ave location providing good quality repair service for almost 5 years. During that time we had built a strong client base by making customer service and our reputation our top priority. We have been successful in doing so by providing our customers with good quality replacement parts, a hassle-​free warranty program (90 Days, the longest of all our competitors), along with fast professional-​grade repair work performed by our highly trained technicians, and an overall pleasant retail experience with a friendly and helpful sales and management staff. On October 5th of 2014 we have opened our second location at the Sayreville Plaza Shopping Center in Sayreville, NJ. We look forward to serving the Sayreville community and its neighboring townships and boros.

Rutgers University Grad. Worked retail, mainly in sales my whole life, until recently. Most recent employment was with AT&T for 7 years as a sales rep, then asst. manager, store manager, and lastly small business account manager. Got tired of commuting from No. Brunswick to Paramus every day and left the company to pursue bigger and better things.

These guys were great today with my Note 4. they fixed my charging port which is a tough job. they also gave me a discount after I was charged the wrong price, but they made up for it with their excellent customer service, they even fixed an Internet problem I was having, gave me a free temper glass protector for my screen and before I left I asked them if they sold any stylus which they didn’t have the one I needed but they at least hooked me up with a older stylus from a old phone for free too. This is my 3rd time coming to them and I will definitely come back again. thanks guys

Oh man, where do we begin? Ok first off when I brought the iPad display they told me it was bent; the frame. So the button for home popped out and blamed it on me. Fine whatever brought it back again and they said it was good to go now. If you realized it was broke to begin with why did you attempt to fix the screen

Stopped in here when my iPhone screen cracked. They replaced it in under an hour and it was good as new. Nice people working here and they give a discount to military, police, EMS, and firefighters. I will be back in the future if I need any repairs!

Great pricing, fast and perfect service.
Wife got mad at me and threw my iphone 6 at my car which broke my windshield. Then she took it out of the case and slammed it as hard as she could on the asphalt road.
Glass was compleletly shattered. Front Camera broken and slightly bent. Everything else functioned. They were able to fix everything and even bend it back into shape. I don’t notice the difference when it is in a case.

This place was everything I was hoping for, fast, quality service at a good price.
I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and there were two customers in there, one had already been helped, the other was currently being helped. I had to wait about a minute before I was taken care of.
The guy looked at my ipad and told me $ 85 & that it would be done in about 45 minutes. I was psyched!
I went next door and got my nails done while it was being fixed. When I returned, again I was helped right away even though there were several costumers in the store. I paid and got my ipad back. I couldn’t be happier. It was worth the half hour drive from my house.

I got my cracked screen replaced which was fine but I immediately noticed that my battery died SIGNIFICANTLY faster afterwards (I had no problem with my battery before I took it to this store) — I have no proof that they switched out my battery for a crappy one because they fixed it behind a wall but im positive that was the case. There’s a reason why this place charges you a «reasonable» price.

Though in past I had no issue this time around iPhone screen replacement screen was not installed properly and it cracked just in few days without any force. I went back and asked fir replacement and manager danced around the issue making all kind of accuse from battery problem to phone does not have good quality case. He demanded $ 81 to replace faulty screen. I noticed other customer had same issues. I think they have started using cheap parts. Stay away

If you have any problems with your smartphone, Mobility and Beyond is the place to go! There service is awesome. If you have any further problems with your phone as a result of their install, they honor there 90 day warranty, and will diagnose and fix at no cost to you. Stan is the man!

The shop is friendly and seems professional, but the quality of my repair was not good.
In February, I took my cracked iPad Mini in for a repair while traveling to NJ for work.
1. I dropped it off before work, and they estimated 1 – 3 hours for the repair, but it wasn’t ready until lunchtime the next day.
2. As soon as I got the iPad back, I realized that only a few spots on the screen would respond to my touch. It was like they didn’t even test it. I took it back to the shop right away…
3. After waiting over ½ hour for some cleaning procedure, I got it back and it seemed to be working better. But when i got back home from my business trip, I noticed that one invisible stripe does not respond to my touch.
I have been coping with the issue for the last 8 months, because I lost the repair receipt. When I finally got annoyed enough to send it to Apple, the Apple support line informed me they will never be willing to repair my device now that a third party has opened it up.
For these reasons, I would not recommend using this shop to repair Apple products.

I fixed the screen of my iphone and ipad. 3 months later, lcd panel start leaking and bunch of lines on the screen. My ipad, plastic screen. Yes, they replace cheap plastic screen from apple’s glass screen. Button and plastic screen cracked.
When I had service, they took 3 hours. They promise me 45 min.
Why they have good rate. That is clueless. I wouldn’t use this place.
Btw, they try to sell you protective cover. Don’t get it here, you could get 1⁄3 of price from amazon. It’s scare tactic that after you fixed your cracked screen cover, you may want to buy protective screen from them. Make sense but you will save so much money from amazon even having 1 day shipping. It’s cheaper that way. So think about and don’t get fool by their selling tactic.

My review is based on 2 repairs (different times) of my iPhone 4 view screen. 4 stars, simply because I’ve only had one device serviced.
Yes, my fault. I dropped my phone (with a protective case) and it happened to hit at the right spot and crack my view screen. I’m two times a careless klutz. No complaints, no stress. Pricing for the repair was absolutely fair. My second visit, they were closed for the evening and after quickly briefing them that I traveled a long distance, they unlocked the door and did the service. In that same visit they replaced the scuffed back lens of the iPhone camera with a fresh lens. Huge THANKS to the 2 fellas that helped me that evening. Wish I remember their names… I believe it was Steve and the other, Victor? Regardless, none of the staff have ever been rude — neither visit. Maybe if other customers spoke to them w a little courtesy, they would return the respect.
My experience w this business has been painless and successful. If I needed to have any other smartphone or Apple device repaired, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it to them. Hopeful this was my last break :) $

Best place around to fix broken screens. 115 for white or black ones. I first went to menlo Park mall but it was 150. So instead we walked here and it was Quite an adventure!
