Disclaimer: This review might sound like a harsh personal attack but it is my actual experience from this morning. Like anything though, I am just trying to give everyone an honest opinion but am not trying to discourage patronage. I dropped off my car at 9am, «my dad and I replaced the bulb for the indicator light last night but it didn’t make a difference and the fuse was fine in the old bulb anyway. So I think there’s something wrong with the indicator or signal» He looks at me and just says, «that’s the wrong color bulb.» «I understand but either way it didn’t work so I’m just letting you know.» «Okay, we have those in stock.» And he shuts the garage door and I’m offended at his clear lack of respect for my input on my own car but I don’t think much of it and I leave because he says it’ll take about 20 – 30 minutes. I come back and… 9:56am– The oil change was done, no problem. I paid. When I went to check if the indicator was working, it wasn’t. This was half an hour after I dropped it off. I asked why it wasn’t working and he turns to his employees and asks what they fixed and they said«brake lights». I was infuriated. There was one light missing and I didn’t need that right away; I needed the indicator light to be done today which is why I went there. «Oh I thought you said brake lights» really? tell me when you thought I said that? 10:10am– So they say it’ll take another half hour to fix the light. I say I’ll wait even though this should have been done to begin with. 10:15am– Guy comes out; «Do you have someplace to be? There is something wrong with the relay and we don’t have that in stock so it’ll take about an hour to fix now.» You mean there is something wrong with the first thing I said at 9am? And I left. Just to be clear, I didn’t leave because a service was going to take long. I understand that there is time required and I was fully prepared to wait with a book and coffee. I left because from the moment I got there, this time and every other time, I have been shown nothing but disrespect. It doesn’t matter that there is nobody better than him at fixing cars; it matters that everyone is treated with respect at a business. I specifically told him what was wrong and not only was it not fixed in the time that he told me, it wasn’t even checked out. Worst of all, I never received an apology for them not listening to me and subsequently wasting my time. If you have had a better experience then you are lucky. Even my father swears by this guy. That’s great and I hope you continue to have such luck. —-I won’t even begin to talk about his obvious misogyny, although that’s probably very clear already. — - Overall; good luck with this place. I sincerely hope you get what you need in a timely manner and at a decent price. *fingers crossed for you* ;)

Surprised I am writing the first review here considering this place has been around for some time. I had mostly good experience with Mehul. Had to get my brake pads and rotors done and the first quote i got from him was 30% less than pep boys. The cons are his place is disorganized and it might take much longer than his estimate. So be prepared for alternate arrangements for transportation

My car got stolen and was recovered with all the body parts missing. I gave my car to him since he told me that he could fix it in a week by getting replacement parts. I had got a quote from another place and they were going to do it for much less but said it would take a month. Since I could not do without a car for long I had to give it to him. Its been six weeks now and he has still not returned my car. Every week he says that he will have it done the next week and when I go and see I find the car is in the same condition. This guy is utterly shameless and unreliable. And yes, when you go there you have to wait minimum 20 mins just to talk to him. I wish I had’nt got my stolen car back .at least that would have saved me from this guy.
