History

Established in 1984.

The Medicenter of Edison has been a staple of the community for over 25 years. We are a walk-​in, no appointment needed, urgent care medical facility centrally located at 1813 Oak Tree Road in North Edison. We are a «mini ER» without the wait, aggravation and expense. Originally a privately owned, «cash only,» satellite facility for Muhlenberg Hospital, Medicenter of Edison has now evolved into a nationally certified Urgent Care facility. The facility treats patients of all ages for a wide variety of health issues and we accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. We offer a safe, clean, wheelchair accessible medical facility, fully equipped to serve all your urgent care needs. Most recently, we proudly announced our Director, Dr. Gurvindra Johal, has been certified by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to perform the I-​693 immigration physical. Our physicians and staff are highly trained and certified with over 100 years of combined experience.
