I had a blueberry bagel with honey almost cream cheese. It was good. Not miraculously and life-changingly great and not bad. Just average. The place looked ok as well. Like it could use with a nice deep cleaning. The two people working there: one was dead silent, not a single word was spoken. And the other would not shut up. She was going on and on about her opinion of things to this poor unsuspecting elderly couple. It was pretty funny and entertaining to watch. Personally, i felt bad for them having to listen to her.

I’ve been coming here from the very beginning and it has gone completely downhill. The customer service is sub par every single time, but with a staff that has a constant turn over I don’t expect much. The one gentleman who I believe was once an associate and is now a manager of some sort always seems to have an attitude and is in a rush. Besides the service, my orders are wrong 75% of the time. It’s so bad that I’ve gotten into the habit of checking my food in the bag before walking out. The food itself isn’t terrible(when the order IS correct) which is the only reason that keeps me coming back… plus the convenience of location. I really hope management wakes up and saves this place. It used to be great.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I came here for breakfast because I know my cousin that lives locally comes here all the time, and she loves their bagels. As soon as I walked in the nicest woman greeted me promptly to take my order. I got spinach, egg white and cheese and it was really good! Most places don’t give me that much egg whites. My fiancé got a custom bagel sandwich that they didn’t mind making especially for him. It was a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese spread with tomato, avocado, lettus, onion, and cucumbers on top. It was sooo good and we were so grateful that they made it especially for us. We’ll be back :)

The only benefit was that it was close to work. I’ve had good experience with this chain by my house and figured I’d go often enough that I bought a $ 25 gift card for $ 20… or some promo with similar benefit. Several times they told me that the card reader«wasn’t working» and I would have to pay in cash. I asked them to swipe the card and it worked just fine. Not sure if they were lying/dishonest, but either way I didn’t appreciate it. My worst experience was with only 3 people in front of me I had to wait over 30mins for a bagel because the staff was taking multiple breaks and on the phone. Best time to go is during off hours because service is slow. My best experience was when my gift card was used up and I didn’t give them any more of my money.

Not a huge fan of their bagels. They are a bit hard, chewy and on the small side. You can get a better bagel for less money.

Manhattan Bagel’s experience today was clouded by cold decaf on a bright sunny day :(Bagel drips of butter by the pound and each(blueberry) muffin bite has to be pushed down with coffee, seems to stick in your mouth as if not properly baked. The Deli has a great menu for sandwiches n wraps but I wasn’t in any more mood for a cold turkey ;) s/wich. The place is open early for B’fast @ 6am and serves until 3pm. It does good business in bagels though, obviously you would think. They have some 15+ varieties of bagels. Will give it another try next month.
