I have never written a review before but as a new comer to town looking for a mechanic this shop is not what you want. When I first came into the store my presence wasn’t even acknowledged and I wasn’t asked if I needed help. When I dropped off my car I was told I would get an estimate within an hour. 4 hours later when I called I was told they would get back to it on Monday because they had already left the shop. I am a student and need my car for school which is why I dropped it off on a Saturday. Parts were ordered before I was told what needed to be done and how much it would be. From my experience when a mechanic does that they do work and charge you more because they think they can pull it past you. On top of that a dirty rag was left on the upholstery of my car. I explained this to the attendant and all he did was shrug his shoulders and give me my keys. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never take my car there again.
