Very disappointed in the quality of work that was provided, the lack of communication and overall unresponsiveness. Several other landscaping professionals thought the work they did was unprofessional and inadequate. After several attempts of trying to rectify the poor work they did i had to hire another landscaper to fix their shabby work. I do not recommend them.

We hired this landscaping service to handle regular lawn maintenance as well as to install trees and shrubs in our yard. It was a horrible mistake! We later learned from another landscaper that the trees they recommended were planted in the wrong location – (e.g., a sun-​loving tree in our shady yard). We also question the quality of the stock they planted. Within the first year, it was clear that several trees/​plants were not going to make it. After an investment of several thousand, we now are paying another landscaper to replace trees/​plants and/​or relocate them to better locations. The second issue we had with this landscaper was that they kept billing us for services after claiming they had sent us a «final» bill and they billed incorrectly and would not adjust their billing when we pointed it out. For example, we hired them for winter snow removal. They did not remove snow from all of our sidewalks, stopping the job about halfway through, yet billed us for the entire job and refused to adjust the bill. Then they had the nerve to file a claim with the police against us for not paying this disputed bill. When that didn’t work, they took us to small claims court to force us to pay the bill. If we weren’t dealing with a personal health issue around the time of the court date, we would have taken the time to go to court to appeal the charge and possibly counter sue for the trees/​plants that they recommended that did not thrive.
