Kessler Rehabilitation Center

Went to Kessler Edison for my back pain. Rima Daswani helped and guided me, took the time to explain the problem and the therapy. She is fantastic… the best! Her entire staff is there to help and heal!

My grandmother Rosemarie Znamierowski goes to this Kessler facility for a herniated disc and sciatica problems. When she first started going to therapy she could hardly walk. But thanks to Richard, Gabe, and Megan, she can now walk without severe pain. Thank you to the entire staff for helping her!

I have been going to Kessler to rehab for TFCC and tendon sheath reconstruction on my wrist. Chandu, the hand therapist, is extremely thorough, compassionate, and makes what could be a horrible process not so bad. It’s a real pleasure being treated by him. The rest of the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The facility is clean, never over crowded and easy to find. Bottom line, I’ll never go anywhere else from now on. Highly recommended.

I have had bad back for years and almost every year I get an episode of really bad back that requires some sort of therapy. I have benefitted from acupuncture and Ayurvedic massage before. My treatment at Kessler Institute had the fastest recovery time from my back pain ever. Meghan methodically diagnosed the source of my back pain by doing several muscle and strength tests and listening to the nature of my complaints. Combination of heat and vibration therapy along with pointed light massage was very helpful. Each session focused on three or four different exercises to progressively help strengthen the weak muscles that support my back. The strength training was both varied and dynamic in terms of addressing the weak areas building on previous sessions. The entire staff is professional, friendly, personable, helpful, cheerful and very knowledgable. One can go to Kessler directly without a referral as they have hospital affiliation. If you need physical therapy I would highly recommend all to go to Kessler first.

Stephanie and the staff at Kessler in Edison, NJ are great they attend to my needs amd keep me comfortabke. They make sure i’m comfortable and my care is excellent. The atmosphere is wonderful you leave feeling like apart of the family.

Had PT for a back problem and on the suggestion, a strong one, from my wife who had used this site in the past I went to see Rima at this location. I can say without reservations that my treatment was extremely professional and all of the staff were very helpful and professional. However, my therapist was Rima and she was a healthcare professional who truly cares for her patients and although my condition will never completely get better, her treatment made it manageable for me.
One other thing, I am a stickler for patient service and I was impressed by how the entire staff honored appointments and treated their patients. And as usual, my wife is always right!

I had surgery done on my right shoulder during the last week of March of this year. Since then I have been going to Kessler at the Edison location. My last session was on July 23^rd.
I am one of those few people who value excellent customer service and have been working with people all these years. I have to say that the level of courtesy, expertise and professionalism of my therapists Kunal Patel and Stephanie Drexler is impeccable. I am very grateful to them for personally ensuring my progressive recovery. Given the strenuous nature of their job, I have seen the unwavering service at all times during the day. That reflects total dedication to their patients. They have a wonderful leader in Rima Daswani who upholds all those qualities. I will not have completed this review without a shout out to the girls at the reception desk. They are friendly and very proactive.
I will definitely recommend this Center and the wonderful people who work here to my family and friends.

I’ve been to Kessler for a herniated disk two different times, once in 2012 and again in May/​June 2015. It was very helpful both times, particularly the latest one. I worked primarily with Tova who not only pushed me to work hard and try increasingly more difficult/​beneficial exercises, she also took the time to review my personal weight training routine and provided her input as to what I should and shouldn’t do. She also gave me a list of exercises/​stretches to continue to do on my own. I have been feeling great and have been able to get back to my routine which I am very happy about. Would definitely recommend Kessler. Flexible hours as well (open late)

I have always had a great experience when going to Kessler for my physical therapy needs. I was in bed for over two weeks due to a slipped disc and muscle spasms. Rima Daswani had me walking in under 20 minutes. She is amazingly great at what she does and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my back.
