History

Established in 2004.

After I finished my Bachelors in Computer Application in 2000, I started working with Dell immediately. As I was the «Go TO Guy» for all Technical Related issues for Customer service Department, I realised that lot of Customers mistakenly called Dell for their Software related issues. We did not cater to any software related issues, all issues apart from Dell Products were not entertained and we ended up asking the customer to look for a local Software Engineer.

I continued my journey with Optus who are Internet Service Providers, As I was heading the Customer Service Team there, I again observed lot of calls from Customers who where facing internet issues however the issue was with the computer and not the internet. Hence again we asked the customers to look for a local engineers.

So after 4 years I realised how I can use my Technical knowledge to support customers who have been running around to get help. Home users and Small Business Cannot afford to have a Technician ²⁴⁄₇.
