Ok, I have been to my share of my deli’s in the USA and especially here in the good ol NJ just because im from here. I used to pass this place all the time and occasionally would just drive by it because it seemed to commericalized. Well this all changed when I realized how shitty the place down the road is «Scratch Made Kitchen». When I started coming here I got the Gyro(Pronounced Year O), and it was decent. Not great but decent. Now every morning I go there and pick up a turkey sandwich with oil vinegar mayonaisse pepper and oregano on a har roll. WOW. JUSTWOW. I know its simple but they knock it out of the park. The only reason im not giving them a 5 star is because their french fries arent very good. Not horrible but not the best. Would be slamming if they did a fresh cut then a deep fry but hey you cant have it all

What’s a bagel without cream cheese??? BORING! Don’t worry this place has an awesome array of cream cheese. The people here are so great and accommodating. I was stuck between two cream cheeses(the veggie and jalapeño), so the man told me not to worry and did half and half on my everything bagel. Personally I enjoyed the veggie one a little bit more, but it was very close. I need a whole lot of cream cheese on my bagel and they even did that for me. Definitely plan on going back when I’m in the area and want to try more things.

This is definitely one of my favorite spots in Edison. Not only can I stop in quickly for a GREAT bagel before work, but I come here for brunch/lunch at least once a week because everything on their menu is awesome.(Trust me I’ve tried almost every item) This place has almost everything you could want, from subs/sandwiches to quesadillas, gyros, burgers, paninis, pancakes, french toast and so much more and all of it is reasonably priced. Can’t forget to mention that the owner and staff are super friendly. You can tell they use the best quality ingredients they can get and actually care about the customer’s opinion unlike most places. P. S.GET A SIDEOFFRIES! You’ll be so glad you did.

Friendly faces and good food. What more can you ask for? Saturday morning staff especially. I get my whole office’s breakfast from these guys, and frequent for lunch for myself. Keep up the good work.

The owner /manager had the nerve to raise the price of my sandwiches 50 cents each because I was using an entertainment book mobile coupon. So that meant I paid $ 7 instead of $ 6. Not a big deal in extra cost but dishonest. Won’t go back. Roast beef sandwich was ok.

My husband and I only go to Grill N Fill when we have a hankering for some bagel sandwiches. Bacon Egg and Cheese is our usually request. When I was pregnant and driving to work, I’d stop in an grab a bagel almost everyday. Once our son was born we literally showed up to eat in and he was only 6 days old. I mention that to say, we LOVE this place. The owner is a really sweet guy who treats you like his best customer every time you show up. You can also get your parties catered by them, and we used Grill n Fill to cater our sons 1st birthday. We kept it simple and ordered wraps, mac salad, green salad and a fruit platter. Every one enjoyed the food and commented on how fresh everything tasted. If you are passing through or live in the area, you can’t go wrong. The bagels are big and soft and taste really good plain. Which I can’t say about every bagel I’ve ever ate. P. S. If you like iced coffee, they have that on tap, as well as some delicious ice tea that is homemade.

As a self-proclaimed«bagel connoisseur» I was very happy with my experience here. The bagels were very big and tasty, and the bagel sandwich I had(simple cream cheese, turkey, and lettuce) was awesome. They also offer other sandwiches, greek food, specialty desserts, etc, which is a plus at any bagel shop. I am assuming they use Boars Head meats as they advertise it pretty much everywhere in their shop(which is a very clean shop indeed). The management was kind and really aimed at making us happy with our experience. Small tidbit, I really liked the wrapping paper they used. I will definitely be returning, thank you.

My fiancé and I always get our bagels here. The owner is super friendly. The first few times we came in here, he would throw in three or four bagels for free. One star off because sometimes they run out of the more popular flavors like sesame or poppy.

Decent bagel spot there are a couple others close by that are way better in regards to bagels. For one you’ll never get a hot and fresh bagel because they don’t make them on premises. They also run out of basic bagel choices like plain and everything very early and they don’t carry mini bagels. That’s the story with their bagels. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good because they use good bacon and good Trenton porkroll. The other places that are close by have better bagels but use cheap breakfast meats. Not a bad place by any means but doesn’t have the best bagels in Middlesex county by a long shot.

I am an avid bagel lover and bagel blogger — I am searching to find the best bagel in Central New Jersey. My review pertains only to the bagels, as this is all I have tried at Grill n Fill. The bagels were tasty and definitely homemade. Good cream cheese selection. Service was fantastic — owner was very friendly. The woman who rung us up at the cash register brought our bagels over to a table for us. My bagel was slightly over-toasted but tasted fresh. They used a generous helping of cream cheese. Check out my blog for a complete, detailed review of the establishment:

Highly recommend this place if your office is in the area for a lunch catering order. I have used their catering service on a couple of occasions for small executive lunch meetings(7 – 12 people) and they did a great job with platter presentation and delivering on time! The best part about their catering options is they offer competitive pricing for hot sandwiches that pleases our group. After trying a major chain catering company and calling other deli catering places they either will not do hot sandwiches or be difficult in doing them while charging more. The folks at Grill n’ Fill are flexible and responsive to last minute changes, which is common with executive meetings. Their service matched with their delicious sandwiches makes them a fast favorite! I have not been to their restaurant for a meal yet but looking forward to try their breakfast sandwiches and falafel!

This place us great! The staff is really friendly and the food is pretty good too! I’ve been here so many times that the owner cooks me what he think I’ll like and whatever he’s made has been good. So I don’t have to really make choices for lunch he does it for me: D
