History

Established in 1974.

Purchased in 1974 from Ronnie Simpson. Previously called Trailer Harbor, Inc, possibly established in 1960 for Ford plant employees. The Dolan family has owned the park since 1974, renaming it Edison Mobile Estates. The management, under the keen direction of Robert Dolan, the property manager, has consistently brought Affordable Quality Housing to one of the most expensive corridors in North Jersey! 106 homes grace the well kept streets & community. Mr. Dolan is always renovating used homes, bringing them to the newest standards of excellence and building new Gorgeous Homes under an exclusive dealership with Pine Grove Homes. The family owns two other parks; one in Carteret, purchased in 1954 & another in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ, purchased in 1977. The Dolans provide the most outstanding communities in NJ. Mr. Dolan worked with his dad developing the parks in the 70’s, then took over the management full time after college. He’s renowned in the industry as a trusted leader.
