Cyber Cell Plus

This is the first ever review I wrote after working in the IT industry for more than 6 years. I would given them negative stars if I could.
So stay away from the trouble!
I went to this store when my cell was broken and I urgently needed a replacement phone. Since I was not eligible for a free upgrade either I have the option of paying more to get a phone from AT&T directly or this store looked promising because they said can get me an free upgrade.
And it turned out it was the worst decision I ever made.
You end up wasting hours of you time waiting for service and once you become their customer you will end up visiting their store multiple times wasting more time.
So they offered me a phone in the store which I can use immediately. But in exchange they will order another smart phone on my behalf which I should return to them when it arrives. I had no problem with that so I did so. Then the problem starts.
They offered me a phone which was opened. so you never know if you phone is good. In my case the phone was broken. Since the phone I have is not the same phone on the account I cannot directly get it fixed from AT&T.
The only option I had was to go to their store again and they have no idea how to fix. They used to come up with some stupid diagnosis and suggest how temporarily fix the problem. finally the best solution they offered, after much waste of time, was to contact AT&T directly.
Also they will add data plan to your account. You probably use new smart phone and the data plan to sell of a different customer at a much higher price. When you go check with them about the why they added the data plan, they say they will refund the money for the plan. A partial refund will show up in your when it hardly matters.
In short they are probably the most cunning, most dis-​respectful business that operate in US.
They will have come up with to scheme to attract to become their customer and once you become you have no option except to stick until your contract expires. So you are much better off going with your service provider directly.
The last time I checked they lost AT&T dealership and most likely because of such tricky business policies.
So stay away from trouble.
