This company is an absolute and complete scam. Avoid at all costs. They were 2 hours late to the appointment. They then tried to up-​charge me $ 185 dollars for about 10 extra minutes worth of work. After a negotiated final price, they left without fully completing the job, which I didn’t realized until later that day.
After many phone calls and emails unreturned, I gave up on ever getting any part of a refund. I was promised one, but it never came. I think it was a ploy to get rid of me. Awful, horrible, unethical.
