Bachrach

Went here yesterday with my boyfriend to find him a suit for an upcoming wedding we are attending. We were doing our rounds at the mall that day, pricing things out before he decided which one he wanted. This was our second stop after Nordstroms (where the prices are obviously pretty high). Dennis helped us and he was lovely, personable, and very helpful. He found one he really liked, but we told Dennis we were going to stop one or two more places to be sure. After a trip to Macy’s, my boyfriend decided he didn’t want to shop anymore, so we made our way back to Bachrach. When we walked back in (about half an hour later) Dennis had already had a few shirt and tie combos picked out for my boyfriend. He then spent some more time helping him pick out a shirt, tie and pocket square combo to finish his suit off. The young lady that worked there was also very sweet and helpful as well, I didn’t catch her name, but she was a younger attractive african american girl. Dennis also gave my boyfriend a decent discount on his suit. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the quality and the service at Bachrach and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making my boyfriend look so good!

Excellent customer service from Stefan. He was attentive and very helpful. If only more «customer service» representatives were like him the shopping experience would be much more pleasant. There are some great deals in-​store and I recommend checking it out.

One awesome experience. One terrible experience.
I just wandered into the store just checking it out and a salesman approached me. He was super nice, fitted me, etc. I told him I had no intentions of buying but I just wanted to browse. He was super nice and understanding still helping me with suits I liked. Eventually he found an affordable amazing navy pinstripe suit. I bought it despite intending to because the salesman was awesome.
Trip 2: I went intending to buy 5 – 6 dress shirts. I went right to this salesman (short white male) and he gave me a fitter shirt. It defenetly wasn’t the right size but insisted that I was a 14.5 when I really wasn’t. I then ask to try on another shirt to see color contrast on me. The salesman was angry that I wanted to do this. Gave me a hard time. The shirt ended up fitting differently. I was so annoyed of this salesman hasslin. Me I walked up.
I literally was looking to drop a few hundred that day and didn’t because the salesman was so rude. I loves my first expeience at this store and will return whenever that original salesman is working to give him the commission, the second guy was bitter and rude. I suspect he thought I was just a punk kid when in reality I was looking to build an entire professional wardrobe
