Go to Menlo Park instead. The guy that works there is rude and changes «store policies» that conveniences him the most. First he tells me I have to pay $ 25 for a SIM card and that AT&T policy has changed. I accept and pay the $ 25 with little thought. For curiosities sake while stopping by the Menlo Park AT&T and the lady there said it’s free. The one closer to my residence, same thing. It’s free, don’t ever let any AT&T re-​seller tell you it’s $ 25. I go back to this store and try to return it thirty minutes later. And of course, they’re non-​refundable. AVOID this scam store.
Hope they enjoy my AMEX dispute, I look forward to making that $ 25 transaction as inconvenient as possible.

Hikanshi is AMAZING. Omg she is Soo funny, normally upgrading phones is a hassle because of all the contracts you have to sign, but she made everything simple and actually pretty fun. Unlike the people at Menlo, THESE GUYS ROCK!!!
P.S: The Wireless Home Phone is really good deal!!!
