DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Jay came to fix my fridge. First visit he says the problem is one of two things so he can order the cheaper part and see how it works and if it’s still not working, he’ll get the more expensive part. He said I wouldn’t be charged until the repair is made. He installed the cheaper part but it didn’t fix the problem so he said he would come back again after he orders the expensive part. A month goes by and no contact. I leave messages for a week asking for an update but no one returns my calls. Then I come to find out that my credit card was charged $ 150 during the last visit even though the invoice I signed said $ 90. In addition, jay damaged my fridge during the last visit which he said would be repaired when the right part was installed. We are now disputing the charge with our credit card company, I will be reporting this company to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, and I am about to sue them for the damage.

This was by far the worst repair company I have ever worked with in 45years. I was trying to get an LG dryer fixed would you believe after 5 ½ weeks they were never able to get it done. M any Many calls about whats happening were really ignored. 3 or 4 calls to Ed the owner also ignored. They were fast to grab a $ 150 deposit on a $ 300 repair bill. I doubt i will ever receive my money back which is fine with me. Ed how could you treat customers that way. I assume by next year you will be out of business hopefully so others don’t have to get treated this way. Maybe by some chance you might feel like doing the right thing and send my 150 back. all who read this believe me in what i am saying «DONT EVER USE THEM»

So they finally called and let me know the part is in. It took them six weeks. A suggestion to the business owner — just sign up for
prime service and you’ll get your parts way faster than your unreliable distributor.

If I could leave a no star review I would. I have had them out on multiple occasions. Both times for my dryer. I have a home warranty through choice home warranty. They came to fix a flame sensor back in sept 2013. Changed the part same day after waiting over a week and a half for the appt. 3 months later the same part needs to be changed again, with some other parts as well now. Guy came out for the estimate, was paid the deposit fee. Fast forward 4 weeks later and they still haven’t gotten the 3 parts that I needed for a GE washer. I keep calling and they keep brushing me off. Not a bad company but multiple times for the same issue and then having to wait almost 6 weeks for 2 appts is ridiculous. Try someone else before you go with these guys. They obviously have too many customers to worry about just one person.

I recently had to use them on 2 occasions. Once for my dryer and the second time for my dishwasher. I was very impressed on both occasions. It was easy enough to make an appointment. They call you in the morning and give you a 2 hour window as to when they will come and both times arrived with in that window. I found that to be very convenient.
The same gentleman, Mark, serviced both items and his work was efficient and effective and I thought their charges were reasonable. He was very patient to explain what was wrong and what action he would be taking to fix the problem.
I am glad I found them.
