We are a locally owned housekeeping business. We offer a variety of services for our customers. Customers choose from General Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. Services are provided Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, and even as a One-​Time Cleaning. Not only do we do residential cleaning, but also commercial. From small offices to big ones. We also work with realtors in Move-​In specials or Move-​Outs. Best of all we are an On-​Call cleaning services, so we answer to any emergency cleaning! Maids On Call RGV provides all cleaning products and supplies when we perform a cleaning services. We truly enjoy working with our customers, therefore, we are open to new ideas or suggestions. Our number one goal is Customer Satisfaction… as a result we do not leave your home until our customer is happy with the service he or she received.

History

Established in 2014.

Although we opened up for business in 2014… don’t doubt our experience. As the owner of the business, I have years of experience in area of housekeeping. I worked as a maid myself before taking on the journey with my own business… therefore, I hire experienced maids and housekeepers that will provide the best services to our customers!

$ 300 plus tax was paid for DEEP CLEANING — it was a horrible regular cleaning not talking about deep cleaning. I could list everything that wasn’t done, but what is worst is the owner said she would come to my house to deep clean herself. She is now avoiding my phone calls. Just to give you a hint, the tops of the kitchen counter back splashes never were touched. I dropped an earring the morning after and came back with dust from under my dresser. Furniture wasn’t polished. I picked up the burner covers and grease was still untouched. Reached my hand behind the books in the top part of my TV hutch and they had not moved the books. Horrible — she stole from us and I’m now contemplating small claims. But I will contact Better Business next after FB.

Excellent job ! I needed a maid service ASAP for my mother and they came with in three days. Everything was left so clean. They did an especially great job in the kitchen. The stove and refrigerator were spotless, I was amazed ! I have since hired them to come in on a regular basis to help my mother with the house cleaning. I would really recommend them to anyone who wants a very good cleaning with a professional group of ladies. Well worth the money !
