Dr. Rios is proud to serve the Rio Grande Valley. He has lived here since he was a young boy. He graduated first in his class at Edinburg High. After completing his medical studies, he returned to assist and later succeed his father, Dr. Luis Rios Sr., the Valley’s first plastic surgeon. The two have given Valley residents over 40 years of professional care.

Unmatched Qualifications

Dr. Rios received his Bachelors of Science degree from Harvard University and a medical degree from the Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas.
