Timothy D Webb served as an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Minnesota (1996 – 2001). In 2001, Mr. Webb entered private practice with two top ten law firms in Minneapolis where he focused his practice on white collar defense, regulatory defense and criminal defense. Mr. Webb was a partner at a top ten Minnesota law firm when he launched his own law firm in 2007. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases ranging from health care fraud, embezzlement, and tax evasion to US Fish and Wildlife violations of endangered species act, criminal vehicular homicide, drug cases and assault.
