I visited this apartment while looking for a place to live in Edina, but it wasn’t my cup of tea. I love that they have an indoor pool, a modern fitness center, and a yoga room(was even told they have a yoga instructor who comes to teach classes once in awhile). They have cooking classes for the residents and an annual cultural festival where you get to sample many foods. Ample parking and the grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, the closets are rather small and you have to use shared laundry facilities, which, given the price of the apartments, was not worth it to me. Additionally, I visited on a weekday and noticed a lot of people meandering about, which made me wonder if anyone who lives here goes to work. The other thing that shocked me was seeing several large families with children living in these apartments, when there is hardly any room to accommodate a family. Maybe to get their kids into the Edina school district? Additionally, I don’t think this place gives residents a 24-hour notice if they are showing the unit. When they took me on my tour, they barged right into families’ apartments when they were busy cooking and still in their pajamas. Ultimately, I didn’t feel very comfortable here so I passed this place over. If you don’t mind the crowdedness with children milling about, this place does offer some nice amenities.
